It depends on whether your trading account is a direct CDS account or nominee account. nominee account usually will take longer for dividend as the dividend will first go into the main CDS account first before distributing to the nominees. They keep for few days more, they earn more interests out of there.

Personal opinion:
1) GENM has no theme park since Sep 2013, did the company revenue go down since then? Theme park is a planned bonus, but not going to affect current business.
2) Genting Premium Outlet launch since 2017, with almost all outlets occupied, that's sort of guaranteed income to GENM
3) Genting SkyAvenue since 2017, merchandisers shop lots tenancy is healthy and growing.
4) GENM start imposing car parking charges since 2017, which is the best income for any of the mall in the world with less efforts of maintenance.
5) Total revenue in 2017 was 9.3bil, operating cost 8.2bil, profit 1bil. If the lawsuit wins over Disney and Fox, that is additional 100% profit income into the pocket.
6) Fox or Disney is just about the branding. Whatever is done is done, GENM would probably go for modification instead and move on other branding, or even reviving its original Genting Theme Park. Again, that's for future money, no impact to current operation.
7) Majority of the visitors are foreigners, ratio between "family with kids" vs adults are low. Most visitors are adults. Mostly are tourists from China and India. Go try the Awana Skyway and you will realized how long is the queue and surrounded by these tourists. The adults and elderly I don't think so they meant to go Genting for playing games, right? It's either spend money, stay over, or gambling.
8) By phases/quarter, Skytropolis is about to ready to operate any time soon. It's time soon for the family with kids spending power to pump in additional revenue.
