Here is what I see. US production will or has hit a plateau and the cuts initiated by OPEC and especially the Saudi's will hit the market and we will see in the next couple of days and weeks the effect.

OPEC's oil output falls by 751,000 barrels per day to 31.6 million bpd in December, the producer group reports.
Saudi Arabia slashes production by 468,000 bpd to just over 10.5 million bpd.
The drop shows OPEC got a jump on a deal with 10 other nations to cut production beginning in January.

Fed comment has been good for the markets. Rally in tact, bear market has been reversed. Uptrend on Monday :). Not bad buying when others fear.

WC will expire in 2021. WC has been a bit laggard but expect it to pick-up on Monday and Tuesday. Rally on Wall Street intact after Feds comment. WC will be above 50 sen on Monday

This counter will have to wait as too much of debts and will be some time before can recover. AT least 24 months. Better off with Hibiscus, Carimin EATech etc.

EIA report is one thing but OPEC cuts will be coming in Jan onwards
