If you look at their historical price performance for the past 8 years, you want to cry also no tears !!

My point is :- do you want to continue investing in a company, on paper show you profit, but never pay you dividend, and on top of that, ask for more money from you and then tell you fancy stories, they will give you more shares, more sweet to suck ??
The conman's story never end just there, one fine day, they will show you financial report that they made big losses in project, cost over run etc....(money can easily paid out to fishy contractor, middle men etc.to circle back to major shareholders eg. MARA projects in Australia) then you will understand what i mean already !
I lose faith with this company, I hope more inexperienced investors rush to push up the price then I can quickly jump off this pirate ship !

One thing I like about MK Land is that they consistently give high dividends. No money also they will sell lands to give dividends, and take care of shareholders !
No like Mulpha, another counter I invested, despite good properties, good profit every quarter, but never give dividend, now want rights issue to con our money some more !! (smell very fishy !)

The way i look at their rights issue & bonus thing are conman's trick !
if you have 2 shares, they give you one rights, and you pay 25cts, then you get 1 share and 1 bonus share .... = actually same like you pay 25cts, and get 1 share !
