I think they don't announce dividend in AGM, that's why the price drop !
What for showing paper profit ? Investors might doubt it, can see but cannot eat !!

I notice that VT now hold almost 23% + directly of BJCorp, 24% + indirectly , total direct & indirect holding = 48% BJC
Does that mean if VT purchase 2% more and exceed 50% shareholding, he must make mandatory offer to minority at a xx price ?

The consequences of the following members by involving in BJ Corp :-

Calvin Tan :- previously recommended too heavily on this counter until being treated as Sing con or lousy investor and now need to promote other stocks in order to make good his reputation !

Leno :- Bo Chow Ccccccc and then Bo Jeep Cccccc too often and making wrong call too many times until need to hide to nowhere in order not to be walloped by I3 investor members !!
I also suspect he got badly burned in BJ Corp and hiding from Ah Long or bank's collectors now !!

Datuk :- Sometimes be a Smart-tuk by calling buy and sometimes Dumb-tuk by calling sell BJ Corp until most i3 investor members can't trust his calls anymore !!

conclusion :- BJ Corp really a Conman's counter No.1 in Bursa Malaysia !! Whoever touched it or mentioned it will SURELY go Holland !! Me included ! Let's analyze further ,
market price now 40 cents plus, outstanding shares not own by Con King is around 2.1 billion, if he offer 50 cents to take it private , only need RM1.05billion (sub sub water to him, don't forget he can recover this cash easily by selling just a fraction of the BJ corp 's investment) ....
Or maybe minority of 52% object to 50 cents price, even if he raises the price up to RM1.00, it only cost him RM2.1 billions ( again this cash can easily be covered by cash or cash equivalent in BJ corp) ?
Possible scenario ?

my recent research revealed that Con King in fact hold quite substantial % in BJ Corp :-
Latest filing shows he holds 23.85% directly and 24.23% indirectly, total 48.08% , close to 2 billion share !
Does that mean if he keeps buying until more than 50% (direct & indirect), he must offer mandatory take over from minority ??

I note they like to pay dividend in share of BJ Media etc past few years but offer to investors to pay 0.70 cents for BJ Auto (still good investment)

My View said :- "In 2008, the EPS was 18.5 and the dividend declared was 9 sen. The Q4 2015 financial results will be out this month in June 2015. YTD 2015 EPS is 21 sen, what will the dividend be? The EPS is the best since 2008."

From their report, i learn that their profit are mainly from disposal of 75 millions of Mulpha Land at price of 47cents in March, they are still holding 29% of Mulpha Land and Mulpha Land has since double in value (due to Muhhiddin's son as shareholder effect) !!
(this profit might only be reported in April-June quarter !!)
Another hidden asset discovered under their holding !!!!

If VT could propose dividend in specie by way of transfer those listed companies' shares one by one to BJ Corp shareholders, then he will be worshiped like Money God by all forumers here already !!

The explanations for the continued under-performance of this share price can only be summed up as such :-

perception by investing public (local & international) regarding major shareholder VT is very bad.
He screwed local retailers / local funds in the past 20 years (by structuring his group here and there with the most complicated arrangement, warrant here, loan stock there, swapping here, pravatising there ...) until most senior remisiers heard of his name also scared the shit out of them !
Recent bad publicity regarding his management in Cardiff FC (eg. sacked a good experienced coach and appointed somebody young who did not know football (but a good fren of his son) to run the football club) ; MOL Global 's accounting scandal (CFO resigned & discrepancy in accounting report with IPO) ... do not help but further tarnished his reputation among foreign funds managers !!

majority of Investing public could not trust him anymore, evidenced by most I3investors forumers frequently calling him names such as "Con man", "BJ Con" etc....

To all fellow investors out there, ask yourself this question before you want to further invest or cut loss with this company :- Yes, the company has many under value assets, but .... CAN YOU TRUST THIS MAN ?

Imagine this :- You first boarded a ship heading towards golden lsland, later you found out it was a pirate ship, the pirates might rob and kill you on the ship or they might not. Do you want to jump off the pirate ship straight away or continue to sail along with the pirates hoping to reach golden island one day ?

This counter go coma-ing already la.... cannot move one !!

Most probability in 5 years time , you will find your investment in value stocks up at least 2-3 times and at the same time, those ace counter traders who win big these 2 months mostly disappear from bursa .....
But still you will find more and more young ignorant traders entering the scenes at that time later ....

To be fair to Calvin Tan (temporarily ignoring his repeated boastful behavior aside, haha), actually what he wrote and analyzed certain stocks are not fake or con jobs ...
His fundamental analysis on BJ Corp is 100% correct, as you can research it by your own self !

The problem here is that Bursa is not a rational market, maybe heavily manipulated !
Nowadays investment public (mostly short term traders) just favor high-risk Ace / technology counters and they just ignored those unbelievable under value companies !!

They are many more under value companies like BJ Corp let to rot in share price in Bursa!!
