Please read their quarterly report in future prospect column. They are looking for new land bank and maybe joint venture. Future product is good. Even mahsing got a lot cash they still looking for new land bank. Is normal thing in business to use cash to buy land for investment.

Please check announcement everyday. Director buying at RM0.60.

You can check their result actually their sales is about the same with previously. The reason why this year profit lower due to expansion. The money all go into indonesia for new opening shop. And this is good for company towards earning. You can check previous report how much they pay in Indonesia market.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE the company will make a come back soon.

When u check their reports, their business is performing well, and about same result with previous year, just the market sentiment is bad now and not only this company but others as well...should hold and wait market to recover now...

According to my analysis, trade and receivable 398million refer to unbill sales that buyer still owe to l&g waiting for loan application.
Last few week high volumn and the price is up at that time meaning that some parties is buying their share in direct market although the portion not reach 5% yet to alarm bursa announcement.
But who is that party we dunno.

For temporary Aeon will face profit down as they are expanding now so even their profit is using for expansion in future for new mall opening.
But they are coming out for SUKUK to fund their capital expenditure in future so in future part of their profit will use for paying up the interest of fund for 10 years.

In long term they are in expansion mode since now...
So dun worry...

Hope it will have target price of RM5 soon...
