Korean buy it higher price means they see a good future in company operations.
Otherwise they can buy it from Open market that is lower price.

But if got fund can buy some first.

Founder sold it maybe coz of
1) EPS dropping year to year
2) Selling price is Rm1.45 to Korean that can make him and family retired

Can buy coz Korean can make the company E-commerce hub in the region and share technical transfer / customer based / operation based / company asset from both company.

For me i think i will hold and wait to see first...observation mode now..

Cannot implement this plan bcoz will have bad influence in future and too many problems to do it.

1) If a buyer cannot get full loan from bank,. that means the person have too much commitment or his/her salary cannot afford to pay it. Bank already evaluate one person's financial background in this first level.

2) If seller(developer) lend money to buyer, the interest will be 18% per annum (without collateral). If the buyer not afford to get bank full loan, how can he afford to pay loan to developer?

3) Capital is main problems for developer. Developer need extra cash for development, loan, land, labour, etc.

Any other opinion that miss out?

1) Profit Margin is way too low compare others.

2) Last year total dividend RM0.11 comprising special dividend of RM0.06 / share.
If ignore the special dividend, total dividend is RM0.05 that if calculate based on recent share v price is about 3.36% DY only.

I think other than iphone malaysia, they give wholesaler to ECS as well as their network distribution is wider in malaysia.
Easy for Apple to sell their products.

From lastest quarterly report, there is about 100mil of ICULS remain in the market that wait to me convert to mother share, if add in all the ICULS, total mother share should be about 1.2billion.

For this company we cannot compare quarter by quarter. Only compare yeary by yearly only we know how this compamy performed.

Director chan still got balance stock on hand

Story is difference now compare with old management period...

Cannot compare with previous price because L&G owns Oil & Gas Company (Armada) before financial crisis and it change to new management since then. And the company had sold Armada after financial crisis.

The company is like new grown tree, still small tree now but keep growing up bigger and bigger..

Dropping is a good chance for us to buy more

Please take note to company announcement everyday:

1) There is a spouse (Chan Kwai Heng & Yeo Sok Hing - Executive Director of Padini)
keep selling Padini Stock since 24/2/2016.
Their name keep appear on announcement.
This indicate that their have Padini stock for at least 5%.
But in last year annual report their total stock not more than 2%. (Please correct me if wrong).

2) This director had done below transaction before leaving / resign:
2/6/2016 - Disposed 100k @ RM2.31
15/6/2016 - Disposed 200k @ RM2.28 average
13/7/2016 - Disposed 50k @ RM2.47
15/7/2016 - Resign from Padini (reason is "PERSONAL REASON")

Total Share on Hand: 1,302,000 share
Total Disposed : 350,000 share
Balance : 952,000 share

If they got 4.99% share on hand i think there is a chance to keep disposed share without inform to Bursa for Announcement.

3) 15/7 2016, once the director resign, Benjamin Yong Tze Jet (Son of Managing Director - Yong Pang Chaun and Executive Director - Mdm. Chong Chin Lin) appointed as New Executive Director. That make it part of Family Business in nature.

Is there any Agenda from inner news that we dunno?

I guess maximum RM2 i can accept is the highest if they come out with report...

I think the conversion is due to dividend. ICULS only have 1% dividend.
Once convert now the dividend increase to about 4%.
Not sure if the conversion done by largest shareholders.
I think should keep it dun sell as largest shareholder still confidence in this company.
Otherwise they already sell it and wont take all the remaining ICULS balance.

ICULS conversion got 1million of unit convert last few days before this quarter result out.

RM1++ value of stock fry until RM2 and above...one day sure will adjust back

Rm1.40 can buy for dividend...

Nobody knows.
When the result is good everyone say it is good.
When the result is bad everyone say this company is bad, stock not moving, not give good dividend, etc...
