Hope to have better dividend in future and expect share buy back by company as share too much in the market that will dilute all earning.
Unless company get better profit year by year.

Astoria Ampang is such a good location and good price in klcc area where nearby is above 1000p.s.f but their price is 900p.s.f whereby help buyers create value when they purchase the property from L&G

Buy when drop...no worry lah Aeon such a good company...keep on with their expansion plan in future...

Just follow the company where it may go...

If u see their profit margin u will get surprise how well they have done.
But due to their Share capital is a bit large so the EPS you see is small.
But if u compare with other stock you will see which is better and which have better future prospect.

The stock price although is weak but the company izzit weak too in the market? We think no because based on the valuation and fundamental on the company, it show it is strong...

So we not connect any stock with the Index in long run...we concentrate on the company prospect in the future...

FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI Index is based on 30 largest market capital company in Malaysia...
It not show any relationship with any other stock....
Sometime Index drop but some company is ups, due to better earning and not due to increase in the Index...

Free warrant is a bonus for shareholders and can earn if sell in higher price. If u convert to normal share you need pay it and the share price will adjust to lower price as increase stock quantity in market.

EPS and Dividend will diluted to average the share in the market and it is not a really good thing unless company eps increase and share price increase in future..

Bonus Issue actually use shareholder's fund (reserve funds) to pay for the additional share.
It is better than share rights as it not ask shareholder's money to buy it...but the outcome is still the same...that is more share in the market and dilute eps and asset....
