Warrant is selling at discount with upside return of over 100% gain. 0.17 of current warrant price + 0.2 exercise price = 0.37 if you were to exercise the warrant and the mother is being traded at 1.0. The arbitrage opportunity is so huge and I don’t know why nobody notices it and makes a immediate buy call on it. The mother share will have to drop to 0.4 and below to make the warrant sounds reasonable, but for me, I don’t think that the mother share will drop below 0.6 because it’s so hard to push a share up to 1.0 and above & I do believe that the syndicates wouldn’t want the share price to fall to below 0.6. Even if the mother price drops to 0.6, the warrant will still give you a return of close to 50% return. This is only my opinion so make your buy call decision on your own.

My advice would be current price may seem attractive but the price is not the lowest yet. The price may continue to go down until the market starts to stabilize. I don’t think there would be any technical rebound for the new next few months. So stay only if you have holding power or else just sell

It’s indeed overpriced and it should have been priced at 0.25. Contra players are all dead and the counter has been listed for more than a week. Even contra players and syndicates are scared to buy this share because they know that nobody would be that stupid to support the price or buy in at this meantime when market threat is still there. At the moment, I would advice everyone to stay away from this counter and buy when market starts to recover. Current price is still relatively high and expected entry price is 0.25. It will just keep going down and don’t even get margin to buy this counter because this is the worst counter I’ve seen so far and it could possibly go below 0.2 if market continues to be this poor. Bought at ipo n thought it would rise up to 0.65, but have never expected that it would go down so much, losing terribly now

He just doesn’t know how to evaluate a share based on its profitability and going concern issue, I don’t see any going concern issue in this company and in fact the government has just announced there would be an increase in demand of palm oil in the near future and palm oil price is expected to continue to rise.

No need to run, it is safe to keep the stock

The company is highly influenced by the market palm oil prices and palm oil prices have increased recently due to the increased demand and cut of production. It’s not unusual because volume is low and it can be clearly seen that the recent sell off is due to contra players who do not have money to hold stock or speculators who have better stocks to buy as to maximize their gains. So I would recommend a buy for this stock.

It’s not force sales but instead it is a 30 to 40% sales to all traders speculating this stock, just keep because it’s gonna have a great rebound soon

Gamuda and kps show a significant drop because they think that splash is worth up to 2.88 mil and not 2.55mil, which I think is legit but it has nothing to do with tali.

Why does the company even need to announce that? It’s splash’s duty to repay the amount owing to tali. Splash cannot choose what companies need to be paid first and every creditor should be paid equally and fairly if liquiditation comes in control. The company will have to sell off everything and get a total value and then split the amount accordingly to each and every creditor then only followed by other bond holders or preferred shareholders.

@newrookie it’s for every creditor if the company goes into insolvent, the company has no right not to pay any of its creditors and each creditor shall be paid accordingly. Creditors will be first to be paid and followed by all other bond holders or some other preferred shares. In most cases, the company will have to sell off all of its assets, such as properties or anything, to pay off its creditors with interest if agreed in the invoice order.

Possible to get back everything because the 2.55 bil is meant to pay off its creditors.
