I bought INSTACO at 0.275 when fake breakout, but cut my position when it reach 28/28.5 at 26/02/2014, running away in break even situation.

As a technical trader and a VSA follower, I would just voice out my 2cent opinion base on what I seen. As far I read all the comment, I am certain that some of the members here (I don't want to tell who is it) are in DENIAL Stage, they DENY that INSTACO will go down. This will be a fatal blow for them.

(If I can post a picture here, then the explaination will be more better, unfortunately I can't )

1. Look at 25/2/2014 to 05/03/2014 , The 1 day surge is removed by 5 black bar with lower volume. This shows that the effort to push down overcome the demand.

2. 14/3/2014 to 27/03/2014. The Red Volume is larger than The Green Volume. More selling compare to More Buying. You don't tell me that stupid retailer are selling. The history always prove us that retailers are the stupid, not the professional Smart Money. So when a retailer selling, can it create a red volume bar ? No ...

3. This is the most important thing you all left out. 31/03/2014 , The INSTACO break the ice or break the 24.5 support. You should be busy cut lost at 24 level, not accumulate more.


Sorry to tell you additional more bad news.
4. 02/04/2014, today's bar. Black bar crushing the 2nd support of 23 cent produced at July 2013. Still there is no strength in the INSTACO.
