may b got announcement this afternoon. but not related to privatise. actually i m thinking of merge between fcw, keladi, marco, jaskita, gpa. all robert tan counter merge into 1 group. this is what i think only. not insider news or whatever.

my opinion, insider know it, then wont have institution to keep on buying from 0.17 till 0.18.even 0.165 they already start collect. mostly insider know the privatise price, they will buy lower, not higher.

i m not genius. eps is earning per share. this 1.4469 sen is get from klse screener.is d last 4 quarter eps. pe is how many times the eps to get the current share price. currently is 12.4x which our friend here say is low. so i mark up to 15x. so it is 21.7sen.

eps 1.4469 sen x pe 15 = 21.7sen. still got some space to move

dont use watch, dont use calculator, especially scientific 1, dont use camera, dont use piano. so marco can go bankrap. in fact, ppl still using these, including d 1 called himself intelligent 1

steven yong, please go to c the top 30 shareholder. the most(among the top 10 is ong family),it is not robert tan. robert tan is chairman only, he is not ceo.but the ceo mr wong is robert tan son-in-law. mr wong sure will draft to declare dividend. why? u see the ong family is robert tan wife's family member. this is to please his wife and family member. why can give 8% dividend twice a year? because after all, the money also goes to his wife family, may b included robert tan father-in-law.

from recent price movement. d change to declare dividend is very high. it is after 1 july that d engine start to move. insider may know the result of the 2nd quarter ended 30th june. from 16 cent until 18cent now. wait for another 2 weeks then we can get to know how is the performance. most probably, it won't disappoint u.
