I believe if end of the day the deal go throught, the share price offer to scomi group share holder of scomimr share will still have to base on average market trading price not as descript. @ 0.45 sen. 　豐隆投銀分析師日前出席史葛米匯報會后發表研究報告，透露史葛米重組后計劃。

　史葛米表示，關于油氣業務部分，他們跟怡保工程還需要進一步協商。

　報告指出，史葛米欲投資的單軌火車工程地點分別是印度真奈（60億令吉）、泰國（約45億9300萬令吉）、台灣（約24億5000萬令吉）、馬來西亞（30億令吉）、里約熱內盧和聖保羅（各30億令吉）。
