CIMB coverage for INSTACOM for the perusal of new investors.

Still got lots of construction works coming throughout next year from CRCC. Only don't know can move this VIVOCOM price or not? Above 30 sen got huge roadblocks. What is more important is this company got growth or not in its EPS. Next quarter already expected not yet got effect from those construction projects. Only the first quarter of 2016 can see the effects. That is why I said got to hold for six months (two quarters). I still not yet average down. Still hoping for RM0.23 to purchase.

Hehehe "not yet married"? I thought Vivocom already secured RM230.287 million construction jobs from CRCC already.

Dear Zbaikitree, frankly speaking at what price you want to reenter INSTACOM after exiting yesterday. Is the price suggested by ProfitMan of RM0.235 okay?

Dow Jones now recovers 250 points after good jobs data report. Very tricky. Will INSTACOM opens high but close low next Monday or straight away drops to RM0.25? Private placement still not settle and stockists force selling still not yet T + 4.

Dont worry, sell off begin to stabilise. By next week, sell off will dry up. It wont touch 0.22-0.23, the key level now is 0.255. Just sit tight and enjoy next week show.

Looking at the last few days trading, the selling by stockists and contra players should end by next Monday or latest Tuesday. The price should slowly rebound upwards from mid of next week onward.

8wpwtmt8, on Instaco, at the moment it is having strong support at 0.265. This is the gap support. If this gap support is closed, further weakness could creep into this stock and you will need to monitor the next support levels at 0.255 and 0.235.

Lim123, now unforeseen circumstances have happened. The PP will no longer be RM0.28. It will be much lower. If count Thursday and Friday and give it 10% discount, it is now only only RM0.25.

I am expecting the approval for private placement to be received today but no announcement yet. Wondering the drop in price delay the private placement process.

zbaikitree got say long term investors no need to worry about short term gyration as long as the trend is UP. Give it 6 months time (2 quarters) and see how, where CRCC construction projects start coming in next year for VIVOCOM.

Tomorrow will gap down because people lose confidence already and panic. Next week might test RM0.23. By then the private placement should be completed and the Fajarbaru issue is forgotten. See whether it will climb back to RM0.30 or not.

In May 2016 (after 6 months), will VIVOCOM reach 42 sen?

Instacom will benefit from jobs given by CRCC. So if CRCC gets the job, Instacom can be their sub-contractor.

But starting next year, each time there is new construction project, the price will go up throughout the year. Give it 6 months time and see.

The additional private placement shares will be listed latest by next Thursday 10 Dec 2015. So, the average price will start counting from tomorrow (3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th and 9th). Seems like they want to make it RM0.28 based on the above announcement. That is 10% discount of RM0.31. So I think it won't drop below RM0.31.

With such heavy roadblocks all the way and no big fish eating, how could this stock go up to reach 67 sen?

After ex-date share price = [(1.52 X 4) + (1.65)]/(4+1) = 1.55. So the warrant price = 1.55 - 1.65 = -0.10 (out of money). So it is better to whack the new warrants after it is listed. Should be around 10 to 20 sen only.
