Actually I am very nervous about tomorrows trading for IKHMAS. I am scared it opens high and I bought and slowly slides down like SEDANIA.

Kumpulan Wang Persaraan aquired more MYEG shares.

KUALA LUMPUR (July 7): MIDF Research has initiated coverage on Sunway Construction Group Berhad (SCGB) at its initial public offering price of RM1.20 with a “Buy” rating and target price of RM1.38.

In a note today, the research house said SCGB was the largest pure-play integrated construction services provider offering end-to-end total construction solutions.

“We expect SCGB to clinch contracts in the upcoming major infrastructure projects such as MRT2, LRT3, and BRT given its successful track record.

“Order book prospect is good with support from Sunway Berhad ( Financial Dashboard), government infrastructure spending and residential housing development in Singapore.

“Initiate coverage with a Buy recommendation and target price of RM1.38,” it said.

SCGB is slated to list on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on July 28.

Dear LaoLiu, definitely IKHMAS is better than SUNCON because SUNCON capitalisation is too big to push it. Somemore all existing SUNWAY shares holders are given SUNCON shares at RM1.20. They are ready to sell.

The online renewal of foreign workers’ permit and insurance has enhanced MyEG Services Bhd’s earnings viability.

There is now better clarity and visibility in MyEG’s role in providing the service, and this should serve as an earnings booster to the group, and hence enhances the stock’s attractiveness.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak said in a Parliament seating in June that MyEG, which is responsible for handling the government’s online transactional services, had a projected net profit of RM50 million for its financial year ended June 30, 2015.

For its nine months ended March 31, 2015, MyEG achieved a net profit of RM45.2 million, on revenue of RM96.46 million, mainly contributed by the online renewal of foreign workers’ permit and insurance.

Other catalysts include the launch of its automotive portal MyMotor in June to facilitate online vehicle listings and deals, and the mandatory usage of MyEG’s custom service tax monitoring which was postponed to September 2015 from March 2015.
