Lk036 Just checked various reports, wondering how come Irwan became the culprit, even so honest to leak the "confidential information regarding the bandar malaysia-trx deal to anti-gov portal Malaysian Insight to bunish his(Irwan) diabolical plot" as claimed by Raja Petra Kamaruddin.

End up, if you try to find malaysian insight source, point out if im wrong, Irwan report from Malaysian insight actually quite neutral, but if you read RPK and believe him, Irwan position suddenly distorted to be the evil side.

RPK said that Irwan lied to PM saying IWH-CREC violated the terms of the agreement. To be honest, no one know the agreement. The whole incident is rather simple: Wanda were put in show by Sg straits times, talking about Wanda interest to invest in BM, together with Malton (which later malton denial). Has Irwan tell Malaysian Insight, he masterminded the whole plot? No, it was later rojak by RPK to make up the story. Now i know where the distorted story started, if IWH follow as per contract, follow the law, and was rejected the deal bcoz of a better deal from wanda (later tak jadi), it shows the greediness and incompetent of someone. Those with hidden agenda, definitely will rojak the thing up to fool ppl.

I did not involve in later Wanda deal, im not from KL nor follow up what had been going on, nor able to get the first hand info about wanda deal. But i think RPK is lying (instead of Irwan) by rojak everything to make it seem logical.

Everything still need to back to the agreement lah, if LKH follow the contract, even he dare not offend Najib, who is behind him? Sultan and China gov. He just pretend he is innocent, those unhappy party (also the shareholders in the consortium) will just sue malaysia gov, stop thinking that LKH takut offend Najib, then he so power, sultan and CREC also must follow him takut.

So who you think is lying? RPK or Irwan?

I know ppl like to think some corrupter will forever greedy and made blunder. And who gain the most leaking those information? Opposition. The whole issue had been sabotaged by third party, to aim for political gain.

"iwh actually did not default or delay any payments" unproven, IWH did not pay after the downpayment, they said their understanding of the agreement is different therefore no need to pay remaining sum.

The whole thing actually very simple, time out, return.

OH.....if LKQ was unhappy, want the old deal back. Solution very simple: CREC-IWH show out the contract, say they do not breach the condition, go to court.

If CREC-IWH is on the justice side, no need so leceh to rebid drama (that for sure will mark up the price), the judge will maintain the old deal for LKQ to happy.

1. how do you know China officer were shocked when the deal fall apart? I do not read such thing in local or china news.
2. The whole situation is very simple, and i do not want to disclose how i know it. Neither those real insiders want to disclose it because it involve fake dealing.
3. The later part, I do not know for sure, but i can deeply sense that it was sabotage by opposition (maybe collaborate with newspaper, pretending as so called insider to leak fake news). But all they want is to make Jibby looks clumsy, incompetent. And I also read a news saying Rosmah was involved. AS usual, when you read so call "insider" saying something and come out in newspaper or malaysiakini, beware, fake news. The real ppl who knew it, will not come out, bcoz involve fake dealing.
4. The called Lee Ke Qiang was unhappy/upset, again from newspaper insider citing from a unknown official from China. Note: how likely do you think china officer, close to LKQ will leak such news to Malaysia newspaper? and you cannot find anything in China news media. No one can validify the source, I say is fake, either newspaper collaborate with insider to push up share price and goreng small fish here...or kena tipu and used by opposition.
5. LKQ want Najib to reinstate Arul? haha do u think he even know who this fellow are? Arul remain as 1MDB CEO but no longer involve in Bandar malaysia, your guess game illogic to say Jib have to do so bcoz LKQ want and wish the old deal remain, when restated Arul no longer have power in Bandar malaysia. You think Arul's interest is align with Jib side or China side?
6. Simple question: you think China want Bandar malaysia or HSR contract? CREC IWH helped Jib, and repayment, HSR will be china. LKQ do not care about bandar malaysia, what will China get from it? earn money....what for? HSR linkage will be strategic to china national interest, not bandar malaysia.

For those that afraid (being scare by opposition) that China will take back all the investment as retaliation (ironically, opposition was hypocrite to say China investment will hurt malaysia sovereignty, BM became part of China is Najib failure etc, China invest, they shoot, not invest, also shoot. it shows opposition lack of coherent stance and competency). It was officially came out from Najib mouth, after meeting with LKQ, saying about that LKQ expressed China is confident, and will support capable China enterprise to invest Malaysia.

13. Today news: Some RM250mil in allocation will be channelled for the development of the Persada Link Bridge and flyover within the Ibrahim International Business District (IIBD).

The point is, the big gift will not be free reclaim land. More land do not spur demand, major infrastructure will spur demand. Each day so many ppl crossed causeway and secondlink, imagine a day where motorist and drivers can use rail or BRT infrastructure to go singapore.

The land value for Iskandar waterfront land, subject to transport infrastructure, and transport infrastructure funding, subject to fed gov favoritism.

Iskandar waterfront actually also a master developer. THey sell land to country garden, Walkers group, greenland, tropicana, capitaland etc for developing their prime coastal land in JB. To date, IWH never develop on their own on massive scale yet.

So as analogy, news report says that gov cari master developer, meaning they will find someone to co-own the land. I think what the government want to express is that, they are looking someone to develop the land (and sell the land parcel to them to develop).

Depend how you understand "master developer", finding developer, yes, in gov plans, finding master developer for whole BM.....not intuitively reasonable.
