We refer to an article appearing in The Edge Malaysia entitled "Top Glove said to buy Adventa's surgical glove operations" dated 24 October 2017.
*The Board of Directors of Adventa wishes to clarify that the Company is no longer involved in the surgical glove manufacturing operations.*

The news article entitled “Top Glove said to buy Adventa’s surgical glove operations” appearing on Page B2, The Edge Financial Daily on Tuesday, 24 October 2017 refers.
The Company wishes to clarify that the speculating statement that Supermax may dispose of its assets at a premium to Top Glove is not true and misleading. No discussion was held between the Company and Top Glove on this matter. Supermax has no involvement with the issuance of the news article.
