Comparing Latitude Tree and Lii Hen. A sure and undoubtly winner is Lii Hen consider revenue, profit and debt trend.

Lii Hen is in my watch list. While Prolexus is in my portfolio at average price of 0.644 (icluding brokerage).

Hi Arv... I saw the list up there. A good list actually but unfortunately none in my watch list or my stock list.

I am basically very new to stock investing/ trading but im inclined toward stock investing rather than trading. I have started involve with stock just around June 2011. 1st stock i bought is TASCO, TIMECOM and few others (forget ad) before i got stuck with MTRONIC. I loss a lot on MTRONIC, around 70% and i did not blame others evethough i bought it because i read some info here I3 Investor saying that there someone RC going to save this company. I loss a lot there. Then i loss on BKOON, then SHELL, then a few others.This is early days as a stock trader/ trading.

Then came in 2012, i change my strategy and i want to be more like an investor or at least short term investor (holding a stock at least for 3 years). 1st Stock i bought is very small cap PRLEXUS, i still hold TIMECOM, MAGNI and UOADEV. My biggest success so far is PRLEXUS with average price of 0.644 (price including the broker charge).

Good Stock but fully valued.

0% Debt, 35% of Total Assets is Cash. Latest Year earning 269% increase. PE 3.94. Potential condidate to burst??

Another record earnings... i have been following this stock fro 1 year plus... i see good stock with PE 3.25, Debt to Equity only 4.72%, up to 25% total asset in form of cash.

Taking into example Public Ittikal fund from Public Mutual give a cumulative return of 190% in 10 years which resulting into 19% annual simle average return.

From this figure of 19% average return, i think it would be very simple for ASB to give out a silly 7% or 8% return annually which is about 50% of possible return from equity market.

I did post something previously on the financial fact of PATIMAS and i did mentioned that we should buys this counter if the prices less than 0 sen if we consider it's value. But there is no such less than 0 sen in KLCI. This mean that whatever the price maybe for this counter is pure speculation and gambling and there is no such thing as support or resistance. It can go up to 100% plus in one day or can go down 100% plus in one day. While to add the juice up for speculation and gambling, there should be some stories, rumours been initiated and spread.

This case is the same like MTRONIC previously which i fall dead losing 60% of my money because of stories of this one Hero want to save MTRONIC and return the company to black.

My advise for the newbie, I stress again if you want to buy this counter for value than the price you should pay is less than 0 sen. BUT if you want to speculate and gamble than go on with the best price you can gamble and be prepared to lose all the money in case the dice is not on you side and otherwise.

While at the same time, I agree with few points from Jugger and simon.

Most of the company having no debt. Good list. I watch KFIMA, PTARAS and SKPRES as per in your list.

Just want to lay out some financial facts on PATIMAS. Total assets = 69mil, Total liabilities = 89mil which is 20mil more than assets. This mean that even after we sold off all the asset, the company will still need 20mil more to close all the liabilities.

While as far as the profit is concern, PATIMAS has never make any profit in the last 5 years. Taking logic into account, who is this stupid Hong Kong company would like to save or take over this kind of company.

While as far as Equity value is concern, it is negative 20mil which mean we can pay less than 0 sen for each of PATIMAS share because when we buy one mean we buy their debts and liabilities and not of any assest or any profit.

Hi Sense Maker, good note there. Thank you. About PRTASCO, i think you have a good point there as the very main gem lies in PRTASCO is it dividen yield and the lastest trend of its earning plus recent move of its prices. While as for the latest earning, PRTASCO has break record highest EPS with 6.06 and 3 Qtr profit for this year is 57% higher than previous year. Thanks again and I have put this under one of my watch list.

Well as for hidden gems in 2013, i would recommend WELLCAL, a rubber hose company with zero debt in balance sheet, the revenue and and profit is on increasing trend, pretty good dividend yield.

KcChong... good point out there... i did a rough check on GCB financial and yes indee it true that GCB keep on increase their debt portion over equity which went up to 173% ratio over equity and producing less cash flow...

Debt over Equity ratio too high 154%... checkout as any profit will be used to pay the Debt and interest.

I vote JCY as the best Stock Stories for 2012... you can go through all the previous comment where people keep on predict each bassed on their own views. Some said going up while some said going downa dn evryone keep on speculating where the price going to move. To make reading more interesting, you can open at least 1 year chart of JCY then you can read the comment and look at the graph based on the date. Very interesting especially tward 22 Aug 2012 which mark the bloodshed for everyone. One thing you should find out while reding is to find out who is the heroes and villain as how most movies are. If they cant beat the market than surely they cant beat the Unit Trust especially in Malaysia... some of the good unit trust can easliy perform to beat the market... therefore... those 80% traders should be into unit trust

The only concern for long term player of this stock is the size of it debt... hurmm

Most of the Chinese stock have 2.++ pe only, some believe that the stock earning involve creative accounting.. that y most of these stock have a very good earning trend... not sure how far this is true.

I agree with JK, unit trust in malaysia put so much fee which in a way higher than the fixed deposit itself just for the fee plus annual managemetn fee.

The EPF is holding 66,331,000 (5.55%) which equal to RM 100,823,272 based on RM 1.52 closing price.

Share swap deal has been cancelled... positive for AA bad for MAS..
