Hahaha I told u all already. Eddie Chai eez only small-time player. So dunt expect him able to push high like KV push FOCUS. He juz not in the same league. His modus eez use father money to get sharez at high discount and unload wiv every newz.

Market source tells me diz counter now under Eddie Chai. Don't expect too much from him, he is not in same league as KV. Juz look at FOCUS, can push until $2.60 and $5 bil market cap. EC not like him, he doesn't have financial capability to do same thing. All his counter even small issued shares also can move little bitz only. What more KANGER wiv 1.83 bil shares issued, he can't handle this size. Little fish can only dream of playing in big pond hahaha

China propertiez prices r crazy expensive. Looking at map, the place iz not far from Shenzhen. From article link below, Shenzhen home price about 65,000 yuan/m2. Thatz RM39,000/m2. Multiply 63,500 m2 of Kanger new commercial buildings equalz RM2.5b !!

Ok lez say Kanger building location not hot like Shenzhen (tho from map it lookz quite near), if divide the price per square mtr by 5 (20% of Shenzhen) = 13,000 yuan/m2 (don't forget above for Shenzhen iz home price, but Kanger iz commercial property, always higher than residentialz), then 13,000 yuan = roughly RM7,800/m2 x 63,500m2 = RM495.3mil still extra value. From balance sheet the amount under property, plant & equipment only recorded at RM90+ mil!! That means if revalue extra around RM400mil. So what is the real net asset backing of Kanger once the buildings ready? You can calculate yourself but I estimate iz maybe around 50 Malaysian cents per share??

I think NTA 0.144 is under estimate... look at the article 63.5k m2 commercial space.. how much is that alone worth once completed? Thats like 635,000 sq ft
