liewtz06 Swagger855, I suggest if you read their analyst's briefing slides, you may find that the ASP captured in their QR now is only the begining. The past 6 months delivery ended Sep was mainly delivering the sales till Apr/May, which the ASP then was starting to increase. The higher ASP since then was only starting to deliver from Sep/Oct. Take Apr and May price to be the normalized ASP, it will guarantee them at least 400-600M every QR after 2022, not inluding the additional capacity. Perhaps you can also trace the selling price at https://us.vwr.com/store/catalog/product.jsp?product_id=13688249
To confirm if they indeed increase their ASP over time.

A smart IB will already trimmed their holding negore issuing SELL. Same goes to BUY.
If i were JP, i would have sold most in the past 2 mths gradually to hold the price so that i can sell much higher...that explain why TG is not moving up much but staying.
I would then issue a SELL call. If i wana sell. It will be a dumb to issue a sell call and then fight with everyone to Sell on Monday and the next.
I will try to create panic and hopefully snowballing the effect....intermitenly i will jump in and do a but of short sell and create the avalanche....and when enough get scare...a PERFECT storm will be created .....and with the snowball party goer feena here, they will be happy to snowball the effectbto a greater extend...
..i m not smart. I m just an old uncle who is fond of young chic. I just follow logic and the way most crooks would plan and work... wat ya all think? Uncle is not a smart guy.

My fren, the percentage could be the % out of its total portfolio asset holding, amd may not be 9.8% of TG total shares, or 6.8% of tenaga yoral shares. Please cross check TG top 20 shareholders to confirm this.
This could be misleading and make newbies and others panic...i m not sure but its good to double che k.
And if i weee JP, i would have sold most past one mth then only put up report to scare everyone to sell...I CANT BE PUTTING UP A SELL AND WAIT TO SELL WITH EVERYONE....

Tan Sri read in this forum many complaint that he used company cash to support share price and many called him misuse the funds.
He read it ans he did it again. Leadership by example. He put actions where hia mouth is...himself, his wife and some of the management use their own find to purchase the shares on their view is undervalued.
We have many lost making companies for years lately put up positive news, signing MOUs multiple, colobaration this and that, set up this and that.....price went sky high...after a few weeks, u read that the majority shareholders had cease to become majority shareholders or out completely bla bla bla....and yet many still belive and somg praises...
Just imagine, if you are the businessman running your own business and when you ate selling out. What does it mean??
And when u are buying into your own business, what does it says?
Needless to say, the principle of business is titally reversed now. Invest in lost making business and sell out in golden goose.... adapt it and u will win in BURSA.....

DickyMe....actually i think.......TG Tan sei shls hire u as their investment banker to take the company private at RM4/piece.. this is the valuation u have been dreaming all this while. Of xourse i m sure with your good oral skill and your persuasioan power u ate capable to convinve the whole BOD and the major shareholders that that RM4/piece is the max price the market will give considering the facts that vaccines is coming and pansemic will be over completely once the first jab on human. Demand for gloves will nosw dive -1000%, and supply will increase 2000%.....i belive those highly educated chaps from the BOD and those chaps feom fidelity funds, california school board funds and ither funds funds will also agree with u.
After that, u repackage it and transfer in another newco with u the only shareholders and resell it back to tan sri and those funds 3 years later with profit guaranteed at RM12/piece...of course during this 3 years. You must adhere to listing rules lah,..refrain from selling to the market...
Like that u think ok or not..may be u nees to tweak a bit lah. May be the listing ans take over expenses u ask tan sri to bear...
I dun study much and i know just a little and read just a little....its just my humble 2 sen.
This way it can save u screaming day and nite RM4 coming. Instead you will be seen as a corporate hero to rescue the most profitable company from going down under.
