My question now...if S5 were to buy anclg, if i were S5 directors, i would not be happy if anconlg price shoot out before any official valuation done cos the actual valuation may be lower than present level or also couls be higher. Eventually if the valuationto be lower than now, and come final stages S5 will have ato make a MGO to the monority ifbthe price is at higher level the acceptance may not be there.

So this boils down to.....the share price has to be capped at certain level and if i were the S5 management, i will start to mop up the shares belongs to the minority from the open market as much as possible....Until i have enough control of the number of shares then only i will think of goreng....

In fact i m not overly worries about this disposing by thebowner cos under RTO, the present need to relinquish its shareholding in the shell somoaby and in exchange for shares in the NEWCO.

Now the pertinent question is....hiw much he gets in return? Giw many shares of the NEWCO will be issued and at what price? Assuming if the issuance price is higher than now then its fine. If it is the other way then i will be doomed.

And personally, i do think that if the share price run up too much will not be so favorable to the new owner that is S5. Cos they will need to offer the shares that are in the market that they do not own.

So if the price is too high the RTO price will not be attractive. Thus i think this is the reason the price been pressed down for time being.

Whatever it is, lets hope its for the better but personally i do not feel comfortable when there is a wild swing in price...that is a signal that it is highly volatile that anything can happen and any price is possible...i will trade with cautious....hooe everyone does...cheers and have a great weekend!

Its obvious operators started collected a week ago when price touch 18. They knew they will annoince the alipay news. They planned and timed it roght after they have collected enough from 18 to 205....bilis like us jump in some lucky at 22,23,24 and sold at over 30. Those came in late jump in above 33. And also those who have taken profit earlier jumped on again above 30 and now trapped.

Operators know the game very well....we can only hope for the best and prepare for the worst....all the best and hope there is support at 4:30pm.

We can never know how much those big shots paid for the shares. They ate obliged to announced acquisition but not the price. And most of time they will announce many days later after the price pushed up to create good impression and confidemce to bilis like u and me...we have to know and learn their tactic. When they annoinced their stake. That is the time webhave to be weary especially when the price is so much lower than current price.

Any logical person or businessman will be tempted to lock in profit...its natural...
