Dear all...the supress of the share price may not be due to those call warrants....i suspect is from the selling of the share from the debt hikders whi converted their debt papers ar the exercise price of 2.03 recently. They are deeply in the money and its 3 fold gain. Why not take profit?

In fact the recent price correvtion is a very good one. Nothing can go up forever. The correction let those who bought very low to take profit and have some reality checks on the overall business. Guve it sometimes letvthe fust settled and let the sector clearing up the smoke...glove has been running non stop for few months without much thought..its good to oause and rethink and restratgegise.

My feelings are, funds will slowly go onto the glove as not many sectors offer earnings visibilities on the next 12 mths...well, gkove profit will drop eventually, when one says it drop does one mean it drop from its oeak of otvdrop from itsbore covid level...this is a very important point to think and pinder...

Of course the entry price is important, the stick may be promising but if one enter at a lofty price oevel the upside is limited...atbthisborice i wouldnt say its the most attractice and optimal level of entry. CharlesT....normally research house will be a bit kia su...with supernormal profit they will use per below 10. Says ard per 8 with eps 1.20 then its ant 9.60.

And research house will xhange their per from time to time based on which way the wond blows.

Of the following quarers earnings exceed their projections they may adjust it upwards the per but maintain the eps. This is how they work. And vice versa if earnings below expectaions

Vanbasten bro...ur next quarter eps is about matching mine. I would expect uocomibg PAT ard 800m, a big jump from previous....bear in mind the majority of the asp increase took place two months back, therefore the previous quarter still yet the feel the full effect. The full effect will be the next few quarters.

Based o. 800m PAT, eps ard 30 sen. If u annualised it ( which may not ne correct and too simplistic) but for ilustration purposed...full year eps FY21 shld be well above RM1.

Lets say FY21 is a supernormal year and itbdoesntbdeserve to assigm any pe more than 15, so lets say assign a PER of 10x, eps of 1.10 will give valuation of RM11.

Of course some may argue this is not the correct way of valuing. May be DCF is more appropriate. One if our comrades habe a rough dcf value of Rm10. So the deviation is not so much. Again, whem things are good, the price most of the time wil shoot past valuation.

Yong...in life one has to take calculated risks be it when u about to take a wife or make an investment. For this i take a calculated risk on super. Look ard, what are the sectors or buisnesses that give u growth q on q and churning out profit quarter after quarter in an increasing manner? If taking risk in this sector has gone wrong i cant imagine how wrong it could be with other sectors judging from the effect of pandemic that pratically halted most activities? So i guess i will take my bet ans if i m wrong other will be much worse....i suppose.. of course good times will end one day....and ur guess is as good as mine. While keep guessing and stay at sideline its better to take the plunge and ride with the momentum...thats my 2 cent.
