One thing i do agree with one of the comrades just said....K1 will not convert and increase stake if the management dun think there wikl be more upside...again, some may argue, k1 is converting to sell since thier cost is 5 sen, but again are they happy with this we are not sure... also xox management shld be aware if and if the conversion take place, if k1 sell, that will create panic...tgus in any corporare developement, i believe bith parties communicated and have a understanding.....and reach a mutual undertsanding as both parties interest will be protected....well we will see....i will wait and see...meantime, filter out unnecesart noises cos its quite distractful at times.
