GSB next launch project should be the landed property at Klang. if not mistaken, the piece of land is just nearby my parent house.

In Klang, the main criteria to make sure you project sell well is the concept of Gated and Guarded. Any project with G&G can be sell at higher price by at least 20%. (this taman without G&G are selling for RM500k, then next taman with G&G are selling for RM600k). People willing to pay extra 20% just to enjoyed the secure environment, where you can allow you kid ridding bicycle outside the door, and not worry suddenly got some bad guys kidnap them.

So, if GSB going to launch the project at klang, let me be the contributor to update the sales progress. Haha.

Hi JayC, the last private placement was only announced on June 2014. The proposal has been approved by Bursa on 30 June, but there was no further notice published by Digistar. So I guess now they are in the midst to fixed the pricing.

The big boss of SIMA Group are planning to inject more project into GSB.

Hi Melinvest, since you already invested in Digistar, my advise is don't sell it.. I know Dato Wira has a big plan for Digistar, and he is waiting for the right timing to push the stock. You should wait for the coming quarter result, it may give you a surprise. Please take note that now Digistar is in the midst to fixed the pricing for 10% private placement, so until the placement has been completed, the stock price wont have big movement.

Now every newspaper also announced Fuelsubs House got very high potential to secure the project, so do you think those people who sell you share don't know how to read newspaper? Or you think they are short of money, need to cash out?

Private placement again..... I think this is the 3rd times for this year. Every times the proposal just mentioned it will be place to a 3rd party investor to be identified later, but at the end never disclose who is specific investor.

My understanding is the RM27.29 million was log sale proceed from the 2,076 hector. Based on the total concession area of 128,720 hector, so GPHAROS's earning should be able to sustainable for many quarter. Furthermore, based on the monthly log production figure announced for April'14, it seems like Q2 result will be even better than Q1.

The above just my 2 cents opinion.

Q2 Revenue has increased by 133%, and net profit increase 239%.
This is a very good sign, as 90% of the revenue is contribute by the System Integration and Broadcast segment (where a lot of investor thought Digistar has lost their competitive in this segment).

Hi Tinyinvestor, actually my principal is very simple:-
1) This company has two big project on hand (RM150mil Heritage Apartment and RM250mil JKR Training Centre Project). So it won't suddenly go bankrupt or PN17.
2) The RM150 mil heritage project will be completed by end of 2014. However, so far from year 2012 until now, the total revenue from property development booked into account is less than RM40mil, so at least there will be another RM100mil to be booked into account in next 3 quarter.
3) The RM280mil bond has been take up by all the big pension or insurance company, and the money is already in Digistar bank account, that mean this project sure will on.
3) The share price is purposely pushed down for the 20% private placement purpose.
4) The average issuing price of the private placement of 70 million share is RM0.215.
5) Dato Lee is a smart business man.
6) Most importantly, Secret Recipe Cafe and Dato Steven's family member appeared as one of the substantial shareholder of Digistar.

As long as I have extra money, I just accumulate this stock, no matter how long it take me to wait, I will wait... I believe Dato sure will reward long term investor like me.. haha!

This two day I have collected some Digistar @ 23-23.5sen. Don't follow my foot step if you do not have withholding power.

Connie, I don't have any insider information to share with you.. However, my suggestion to you is just hold.. Don't sell.. If you got some extra money, can consider to load more.. Now is very good time to accumulate, because the 2nd tranche of 10% private placement is not place out yet... So the share price will maintain at 23 - 26 sen level.. Let see what Dato Wira will announce during the AGM.

There are two more weeks before the quarterly result released. So now would be the best time to collect, if the result is good, then you can earn some quick money. If the result is not good, then just keep it until the DTTB project announced. Based on the current pricing of RM0.275 / 0.280, this is considered safe as Digistar has the RM150million Melaka Service Apartment and RM240million Advance Technology Centre project on hand. This two project will keep the company busy for the next 2 years. Also, no matter REDTONE or PUNCAK SEMANGAT awarded the DTTB project, I believe they will at least sub-contract a portion of the project to DIgistar (i.e. RM200-500million), as the Government has very tight timeline to implement the DTTB project (i.e. it has to be completed by 2015), and DIGISTA is one of the very few market player that have the ability and experience in converting Analog system to Digital System (i.e. 3 years ago, ASTRO MEASAT awarded RMXX million project to Digistar for this similar project).

Don't worry, I'm pretty confidence about this counter. There are syndicates behind this counter.. November is a good month for Digistar.

since Director just unloading all the digistar-wa... Most likely there won't be any goreng activity in coming weeks. It takes time to settle down before the next surge... All contra player should quit, otherwise you will be hurt.

Very obvious, some parties are unloading the shares to another parties.

The intention could be:-

1) No intention, just purely transfer of share
2) Unload share from non-bumiputra to bumi-putra, because this might beone of the criteria in order for Digistar to secure more government project.
3) Main shareholder unloading shares to syndicate, but not sure when they will start goreng!
