the last minute buy is just for window dressing.. because the management / shareholder / fund manager don't want their portfolio looks bad for year 2014, as this might affect their performance bonus.
On friday, it will drop back to 0.685 again!

However, SAB decided not to sell that piece of land. SAB just plant new oil palm tree at that piece of land, so for the next 5-10 years, SAB will not sell that piece of land.
After 10 years, the piece of land will worth at least RM150 per sqft. So you will get additional RM30 per share. However, at that time, a pack of Nasi Lemak selling at road side might cost you RM15, so your RM30 per share will enough for you to buy 2 pack of Nasi Lemak.

Can someone here explain the relationship between "Amount owing by contract customer" and "Amount due to contract customer"?
Example 1:
If today the company secure a project, and customer has pay RM100 million as a deposit / down payment. Would this classified as "amount due to contract customer?
If today company start the construction work but not reach to progress billing stage yet, would it classified as "Amount owing by contract customer"?
Then it what scenario we will have accured billing?
When would the contrsuction recorgnise as Revenue?
When it being recognised as revenue, would the "Amount owing by contract customer" re-classified become trade receivable, or it become accrual billing?
So confuse... so confuse.
Anyone can provided a detailed explanation for the above question?

Some director like to take money from company and transfer to his own pocket.
Some director like to trade on his own stock, and make profit from buy sell buy sell.
Some director just sit on the board and take salary every month.

But Dato Wira is repeating the same word, blar blar blar.
He keep on saying he is confidence the CMS CCTV will generate huge recurring income.
He keep on saying he is confidence that Digistar will secure project for the DTTB.
He keep on saying currently he already have 5000 customer for the CCTV, but for everyone here that has follow up Digistar news, we all know that the 5000 customers is acquired from a existing CCTV company. DIGISTA paid very high price (almost 10 times of book value) to buy over 70% share of the exsiting CCTV company.
So, conlcusion, no one know whether Dato Wira is telling the truth or not.

Hi lchits, I'm still here.
Based on the fact and figure I have, my optimistic prediction is:-
Revenue > RM25 million
Profit > RM 3 million
However, my pessimistic prediction is:-
Revenue > RM15 million
Losses > RM 2 million

Calvin Tan, I'm not sure whether I'm right or not, but based on my understanding, although the 3.5 million Facebook is owned by MOL, but it is not park under MOLG.
So, MOLG is purely a 100% e-payment company, it doesn't owned Facebook.
Facebook is kept in another VT private vehicle, it has not been injected inside MOLG.

Although Efficient is a good n stable company, but now the pricing is over the value d, why you guy still buying?
EPS 0.20 sen per quarter, maximum is 1.00 sen per for FY2014, and maximum 1.25sen for FY2015.
Based on maximum EPS above, and market PE of 15 times, the target price for FY14 and FY15 should be 15sen and 19 sen?
Now is 36 sen? Why you guys are still buying?
Do you think EPS will growth from 1 sen to 2.5 sen within 1 year? If not, thenwhy you are still buying this?

always_steady, the huge loss in that quarter is just a impairment loss, due to the deal that VT sold 20% of Times Square to Sultan Johor at lower than book value price.
For example: You bought a piece of land at RM1,000,000 (RM100,000 per arce) . After 10 years, actually the land is already worth RM10,000,000 (RM1,000,000 per arce), but since you never re-value it, so in your account it is still carry at RM1,000,000. One day, your father force you to sold 20% of your land to your mother, at RM120,000 (RM60,000 per arce). Since they are your parent, so you force to sell the 20% at RM120,000, which is 40% much lower than your original price.
After you sold it, then your accountant told you that the latest transaction is RM60,000 per arce, and since my account still got 8 arce, so the market value should be 8 x RM60,000 = RM480,000.
However, in my account, the land is still carry at RM800,000, so my accountant for me to make an impairment loss of RM320,000 in this quarter.
So now your understand why BJCORP loss RM250,000,000?
If today times square sold another 10% to someone at current market value, then maybe you will see a huge gain of RM1bil at anytime.

In Klang, as long as it is a landed property, plus Gated and Guarded concept, 100% will be fully sold.
Provided that it was not overprice than the big developer (i.e. WCT bukit tinggi, GAMUDA botanic, IOI Bandar Puteri, KSL Canary garden)

If the private placement is for goreng purpose, so after the private placement, they will start goreng, and price will be go up.
But if the private placement is really for cash flow purpose, then it is not related to the share price, the share price up or down is depends on the business result.

3 months period is too long. For example, last month Sumatec highest at 62sen... If we wait 3 month to confirm whether 62sen is the highest price, by tat time, sumatec already drop to 30 sen.. too late d.

Let me share some of my experience here.
In 2007/08 US crisis, when the share market start to drop 2-5%, many people still buying, no one believe crisis is coming, everyday they average down, and no one willing to cut loss, everybody full hand with stock. Wait until market almost drop 15% - 20%, then only people start to realise that something is not right.
In 2010/11 europe crisis, when market start to drop 5%, many investor quickly cut loss, only some newbie get hand burn during the period. Since every investor are so smart, and everybody hold cash on their hand, market start to rebound, and all the money went into market again.
In 2014 crisis, when market start to drop 2-3%, many investor (especially those who encounter 2007/08 crisis) start pull hand brake, take profit or cut loss, all choose to holding cash (minimum 60% cash in hand).
Now, you tell me, will the market continue to crash like 2007/08, or it will be round like 2010/11?

Hi all, this afternoon I just went to visit Rimbayu Project. From Kota kemuning go to Rimbayu, you will passed by SAB estate.
It was a beautiful land, huge and nice. Now it was planted with some infant oil palm tree.
So now I believe that for the next 5-10 years, SAB will not sold the land.
But if let say the economy is going well, not property crash, and Ecoworld, IJM and Tropicana has developed that area to become a vibrant city, LRT conneced to that area.
Then at that time, I believe SAB land are worth RM350 - RM500 per square feet.
Hahahaha...
