SMI , financial data is poor, but it may revalue its vast landbanks near terms, furthermore, it control Asiapac over 40%, , the book value (nett worth ) is more than 0.80 per share... so you can guess what will be the TP if the Landbanks are Revalued near term......

YK John, IT IS really possible Suma dropping below 0.2500 near term, as the New Private Placement Right issues may cost only 0.1400 a unit , so it may be a possibility at 0.20000 too.
