The P&L look ok this year but what happen last year, why is there a negative in cash flow ?? Any material litigation?? And bad debt ??

Plus, if you notice their qr, they had purchase their inventory in advance in order to cope with their contractual project commitment, AND the sum figure is huge which give you the indication that there is a lot of on going project moving forward in Q4.

Not forgetting, they recently purchase Ramunia Yard in order to expand their construction ability and they confident of utilising it fully in FY21, which show more revenue and profit coming ...

Let summarise:-
Serbadk had been a consistent performer in term of revenue and profit (progressing in the last few years every quarter too). Reason being:-
1)Their core business is in the operation and maintenance (O&M), which is always on going as long as the rig or factory is producing. Therefore, if the oil producing company doesnt go broke, there will always be business for Serbadk.
2)They had been expanding gradually to other sector like technology and construction, in which is progressing and paying off this year. With in hand contract, trust the pay off is set to go for the next 3 years.
3)Lastly, they had build themselves as a trusted and reliable service provider in the O&M sector over the decade, that they are the favourite or preferred choice in the sector.

It is widely expected that they will cut production to safeguard the oil price ...
Just imagine if brent oil goes to $50ish/ barrel ... Serbadk will jump too...

FYI, even with the MCO at its peak from april till june (Q2) AND the big oil crashed in April, Serbadk still posted a proggesive QR during that period... It is not supprising that it will continue to be progressive especially with RM18.5B of contract in hand !!
Beside, most of its revenue are from operation & maintenance (O&M) sector, which is always sustainable due to on going renewal!! Therefore, the revenue is always consistent
