Lets summarise the next couple week event:-
1) Moderna vaccine data announcement- Likely to be positive which will spike oil price
2) QR which is expected to be great (Predicted by all of the investment research team)
3) Opec+ meeting, predict to cut oil production to tally with diminishing demand in order to sustain higher oil price
4) Year end downstream maintenance schedule in line this year

Think it over!! Increase capacity will lead to increase in expenditure and rightfully increase in revenue!! BUT if the demand is not there, revenue wont increase and you will still pay for the extra expenditure due to the set up !! In the end margin will be reduced to cover this lost!! SO is this a good move for Top Glove ?? you tell me !! By the way, when vaccine is out, demand of glove will for sure drop!!
