This DRBhicom reminds me of MAS, inject, inject, inject. Finally it died.
Firstly, the Government should inject money in the name of research,indirectly through research bodies, ie Universities and Polytechnics ect. giving a soft loan does not make sense. It will just give the operators a last chance to make moneys before they close shop.
