Comparison with the corresponding period in the previous financial year
The Group posted a revenue of RM325.7 million for the current quarter, representing a
decrease of 12.7% compared to the corresponding quarter in the previous year, which was
a historical peak quarter for the Group to-date. The lower revenue was also due in part to
the disposal of assets of a 51% owned subsidiary during the last financial year and
comparatively lower volume loading on a major sensor product.
The Group’s profit before tax decreased by 11.9% to RM64.9 million from RM73.7 million
and profit after tax decreased by 12.5% to RM60.1 million from RM68.7 million compared
to the corresponding quarter ended 30 September 2017. The decrease in profit before and
after tax was mainly due to lower revenue volume but the relatively better PBT and PAT
ratios are due to a better product mix and favourable foreign exchange rates compared to
the corresponding period in the previous financial year.

@JN88 sifu, basically I don’t know what is the bonus issue actively mean , and what will be the impact/benefit for us who currently holding this share , beside that who will entitled for bonus issue activity, sorry as I just a beginner to share market
