Princess92, I don't think it's blocked @0.075, it's more like agreement between buyer and seller to transact @0.075 in big qty. Q @0.070 never reduced but buyer keep buying @0.075.

What i see is Nexgram is new in property field. They need resources and expertise. Prtasco is the shortcut.
