I don't remember them acquired 2 companies, it was actually a merging between infortech n JMI. so the main source of the company profit came from the waste management. this kind of business is recession proof, good time or bad time, u still have to run it, so profit wise it is quite stable. the bonus n warrant issuance should be for the purpose of upcoming china projects
