It is interesting that dividend become much lower compare to few quarters before.Maybe the management team want to keep more money during this difficult period or increase in share number.Besides,despite of the slightly increase of PAT qoq,the eps is become much lower since FY17 excluding the previous quarter due to esos and bonus issue.

A Reminder for all , the 1 Day MACD histogram starts to speed down and StochRSI at around 100.Maybe there will be a tiny fall/remain around 1.65

As long it break through the EMA 60 and the red declining line which both of them are around RM1.78-RM1.80 and stand still at these region without falling back,this condition can be consider as the temporary termination point of the declining journey of VS this year.The next target should be EMA 200.

IF IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT VS DIDN'T MAKE IT.
Then RM1.57 will be the strong support that it should hold.

If you really want to play at the safe point,buy VS when it reach EMA 60 and stand above the line.Bcz these debacles have the same similarity which they fail to stand and rise from from the EMA 60.

You can consider that VS had been dropping more than 50% which was much more greater than the other around 30%-45% except the one in 2007.But it doesn't show any super solid base yet as the reason show before.

The other thing i'm concerning now is the HSI Index monthly MACD death cross was formed and i don't know will this condition make VS has another further decline.There were 6 times the MACD death cross was formed at the region around that and the performance was tremendously bad.

This is the first time i seen someone using warrant price to estimate the mother share price instead of calculating the fair warrant price with mother price

Before bonus, if you have
40 lots vs-wa
exercise price 1.65

After bonus, then you have
50 lots vs-wa [40+40*1/4]
Exercise price 1.32 [1.6*4/5]

how come the vs closing price can decide the warrant exercise price?

RM2.18 or RM2.04 is the worst sutuation based on the analysis i provided before.IF THE FUNDAMENTAL DOESNT CHANGE or BECOME WORSE AFTER QR IS RELEASE,it might be a good oppurtinities for everyone since it is discount around 30% from the highest price.

Technical chart pattern is very teribble but it might be a good oppurtunities for investor to accumulate the share.I truly believe the fundamental of VS since i hold from DEC 2015.

But I hope that it doesnt happen.

VSIG should record profit instead of loss as the profit warning is about more than 60% deccrease in profit attributed to the owners instead of record loss like what they did on their profit warning announcement before.

This time the price movement is very wierld. Especially for vs-wa, as positive premiun is emerging. From last few months there were few events like this and the price recover back to normal level but i am not sure will the history repeat itself this time bcz the range btw 3.2 to 2.7 is broken and QR is going to be release soon.I did received some news that this QR report might not be good as i mentioned before.

This quater maybe not quite good as the annual sales drop.
