Skyworld's ROE is closed to SP Setia. Besides, Skyworld has RM944.6 million of unbilled sales, and more income will be generated for the coming quarters, thereby increasing ROE as well

You should compare the PE difference between RADIUM and SKYWLD. RADIUM fell because of overvaluation, and the IPO price of the main board must not be lower than RM0.50. Therefore, RADIUM has no way to adjust the listing price under the high valuation. On the other hand, the valuation of SKYWLD is half of RADIUM, so it is very hard for it to slide further.
