Company earning, fundamental and prospect is good. Panic selling is due to short term investor's emotion. Vietnam land is only a very small portion of the company investment, less than 10%, shouldn't affect much. Good time to collect low price. PE now is only 3, much lower than peers of about 8. Wait and hold for a longer period. Market will reflect the real value of this stock.

Greed of humans is the cause of extinction of many living beings. They are proud of pigeon hole homes and drown in false satisfaction of living in cubicle similar to prisoner cells. The difference between city dwellers and prisoners is, prisoners don't pay. They create a living atmosphere, full of stress, pretend to be busy and abandoning their parents, cry over booming living expenses for basic necessities. When they get a few days off they run out outskirts and yearn for peaceful life which they destroyed. Silly educated fellows.

Big cap able to withstand pressure & plus any unexpected economic turbulance. Deep pockets vs small cap companies that relies either on borrowing's or project sales that are worse affected during any down turn. Without any sizeable lands bank reserve the small cap properties are suspectible to high development built up cost. This is the reason why analysts only favour big cap stocks like Sime prop or IOIP that have sizeable holdings and plantations land bank. Just my 2 cents not a sell call. Please do your research before you buy or sell
