In year 2016, Hibi only has Anasuria Clusters and Brent price was about 33 pb. Hibi still make a decent profit since 2016 and has been making profit since then. Now Hibi has North Sabah oil which is far better since the Tapis oil is more superior grade ie sulphur only 0.04%

Oil prices crash has got its pros and cons. The shale drillers are now in pain because of high costs to do fracking and also of high debts. Whereas Hibi has low costs of opex, cash flow is positive and ZERO DEBTS.

Anasuria Cluster is selling Brent, now at USD 36 pb and opex is 23 pb. North Sabah is selling much better grade oil, ie Tapis oil, now at USD 41 pb and opex is only 12 pb. Meaning Hibi is still making money. This coming Qtr, Hibi has done two offtakes last month before the oil price crash. This month in March, there will be another 1 more offtake.

Hi 6222, the shale oil producers from US are crying with this oil prices. For Hibi is no problem because the opex is so low, even at 38 pb, Hibi is still making a decent profit. With a good cash flow and ZERO gearings, Hibi is on its way to buy some cheap assets.

Now it is time to chase because Hibi is selling at a huge discount. It was 71s last week. Now it is going cheap. Chase now, don't wait. But must buy and KEEP

Hibi.... Zero debts.... Cash Rich.... NTA 81s...... Opex is only 12 pb for North Sabah oil and 23 pb for Anasuria oil.

North Sabah production has increased more than 20 % lately ie 6318 bpd. The quality of this oil is very good and the price is much higher than Brent.

Dayang debts is scary about RM 800 m whereas Hibi debts is ZERO.

Hibi is good stock. Just buy and keep. At 43s now, it is 2017 year price. Meaning, you can now be a proud Hibi investor at such low price. But you must buy and wait. So far Covid19 in Wuhan has subdued a lot.

According to the K Wave Theory written by David Murrin, oil prices always follow a wave pattern. As the Covid19 war just receded in China, elsewhere this war intensified outside of China. Let's hope soon these virus will go away and Hibi will be back on track. For the record, Hibi still make a decent profit in 2018 when Brent was only 47 pb.

The Covid19 in China has reduced tremendously and the number of recovery keep increasing while the number of new cases keep decreasing. Soon oil prices will recover and Hibi will recover too. Just be patient. Cheers and stay HAPPY

Don't worry so much. When oil price is depressed and there is selling panic, then it is time to SLOWLY buy and keep.

During that period, only Anasuria Cluster was oil producing without North Sabah.

Hibi has been making profit since 2017. Even though oil was only 48 pb at that time in 2017. In early 2016, oil was only 32 pb. Still Hibi did very well.

Opex very low, only 15 pb

No fear, Hibi has zero debts, good cash flow, increasing oil production around 9300 bpd from North Sabah and Anasuria
