AlphaBetaGamma Bank Niaga closing today=1,040 vs cash option value=504. More than 50% difference.
IMHO, I think better to take share option cos CIMB is going to continue giving Bank Niaga share dividend in the future since they need to reduce to 75% holding to comply with Indonesia ruling...
