Many complain WCT high debt. Why still got money to buy back shares?
Those holding warrant C should be more worried than myself. I only hold WE which I got free. WCT is liked for many types of rewarding shareholders eg free warrant, share dividend and cash dividend. When they list Reit next year those holding mother will be rewarded as well. There is the Meydan claim which earlier this year is RM 1.2 billion. Now increase by RM 100 million due to delay. If further delay higher claim is even more likely.

Should have visa free (from China?) announcement. Now oil and CPO price very low should boost tourism industry to enhance our country economic growth.

Of course not all debts are good. If you borrow a lot of money to buy Ferrari, Merc or go holidaying is it good debts? So WCT case which category debts it belong to?

Earth and yick78 I give you example. I have a double storey house in Damansara Utama bought 20 years ago with bank borrowing RM 200 K. If I buy with cash probably I can buy flat costing RM 50 K at that time. Do you know how much the double storey house now worth? RM 1 million. Flat probably worth RM 100K. So if I don't borrow do I make more or less money compare to if I borrow but buy bigger(more expensive) house?

WCT NTA RM 2.12. If sell all assets can get RM 2.12 why people selling WCT at only RM 1.40?

Actually not all companies only judge on cash flow. If no projects(meaning sell all assets WCT have) all cash and let cash sit in bank can WCT make more profit than with projects but more borrowings? Why people never question G Kent the same?

Agree. Must give priority to those supporting BN govn. Withdrawal of toll subsidy in urban area is a lesson to those not supporting govn.

As PM and Finance Minister Najib has the power to decide when to start ValueCap not KWAP CEO.

Khazanah as ValueCap co-shareholder should disagree. ValueCap should start after this Friday Budget.
