Ada berberapa faktor warrant ini jatuh adalah disebabkan harga minyak mentah dunia yang jatuh dan mothershare condition to buy oil platform dlm masa dua tahun. Dengan keadaan minyak dunia yg jatuh kemungkinan besar syk ini tak akan membuat keputusan utk membeli oil platform. Ini bermakna duit shareholder akan dipulangkan dan yg masih memegang warrant have nothing. So I have sold my warrant to cut loss.

MigasReview, Jakarta – Globaltech Formation Bhd, tengah dalam proses akuisisi 60 persen saham New Century Energy Resources Ltd (NCE) senilai US$100.000, yang segera menjadi pemilik sekaligus operator tiga konsesi gas methana batubara (CBM) di Sumatera bagian selatan dan tengah.

Dalam keterbukaan kepada Bursa Malaysia, Globaltec juga mengatakan tengah dalam proses mengakuisisi 60 persen saham New Century Energy Services Ltd (NCES) senilai US$100.000.

NCE adalah perusahaan induk investasi yang terlibat dalam eksplorasi dan produksi migas dengan focus utama aset migas non konvensional. Sementara itu, NCES menyediakan jasa untuk pasar migas non konvensional.

Pemilik konsesi lapangan migas tersebut adalah NuEnergy Gas Ltd (NGY), perusahan Australia yang fokus pada pengembangan migas non konvensional di Indonesia.

NGY memiliki 3 production sharing contract (PSC) di Sumatera bagian selatan dan tengah, mencakup 3.978 kilometer persegi.

NGY adalah operator ketiga PSC tersebut, yang terdiri atas Muara Enim (40 persen saham), Muara Enim II (30 persen), dan Rengat (100 persen).

Globaltec akan menguasai konsesi NGY karena NCE akan memesan 83,3 juta saham NGY senilai 3 sen Australia per saham atau total A$2,5 juta. Dengan demikian, NCE akan memiliki 19,9 persen saham NGY.

NCE kemudian akan menunjuk 3 direktur baru untuk mengganti direktur dari NGY.

Menurut estimasi Netherland Sewell and Associates Inc pada September 2012, PSC di Muara Enim dan Muara Enim II, memiliki sumber daya prospektif gas sebesar 4,2 triliun kaki kubik.

Seperti dilansir StarBizWeek, Sabtu (9/8), Executive Chairman Globaltec Datuk Seri Goh Tian Chuan mengatakan bahwa NEC berencana mengebor tiga sumur pada kuartal pertama 2015.

“Mengingat NCE telah melakukan studi seismik selama setahun terakhir dan memperoleh semua persetujuan yang dibutuhkan, pengeboran hampir bisa segera dimulai,” kata Goh.

Lapangan konsesi itu telah memiliki infrastruktur jalur pipa yang menghubungkannya ke Sumatera, Singapura, Kalimantan Timur, dan Jawa. Pipa-pipa itu memiliki kapasitas untuk mengangkut 1,2 miliar kaki kubik gas per hari.

“Lapangan ini dinilai ‘rendah risiko, hasil tinggi’ mengingat lebih dari 1.500 sumur telah dibor di cekungan ini dengan hasil pengeboran dan logging data yang banyak,” kata dia.

Sumur-sumur CBM itu juga memiliki kedalaman kurang dari 1.000 meter. (cd)
