Our chartering activities continued to sustain robust activity level during the fourth quarter of
2018 as vessel utilisation continued to improve amidst strengthening demand for our vessels,
particularly from our major shareholder, Dayang Group.
Vessel utilisation improved to 73% in the fourth quarter, which is a major improvement
compared to the low utilisation of 27% in the first quarter of 2018 and a utilisation of 51% for
the same quarter a year ago. This has resulted in the highest quarterly revenue since 2015 which
will serve as a key milestone for us to attain better profitability and a faster turnaround going
forward.
We are cautiously optimistic of our vessel chartering business, thanks to the high number of
vessels that have been earmarked for Dayang’s offshore maintenance and the maintenance,
construction and modifications contracts with various oil majors where activities have been
going full steam ahead. In addition, we strive to maximize our vessel utilisation by exploring all
available opportunities not just within the country but also abroad.

Recently alots of O&G company received contract and share price jump on next day. From the street news i received, ALAM will receive a contract from Petronas. I start buying ALAM, waiting the announcement.

ALAM is looking good. I start buying ALAM today, expect company will wining a contract from Petronas.

I bought 500lots at 11sen just now. Hope the deal will announce this week.

I heard Samling offer to buy Nik Hamdan stakes at 18sen. Deal expect to announce soon.

BARAKAH gained 1 sen or 11 % to close at RM0.10 last Friday.
Since our technical buy report on 28Jan 2019, share price has gained 17.6% to its 3-month high last Friday. We believe the sentiment for oil & gas related stocks is further buoyed by rising Crude Oil Price to above USD60 coupled with bullish white candle and improving momentum indicator for more potential upside.
Should the buying momentum persist, resistance levels are seen at RM0.125 (R1) and further to RM0.135 (R2).
Conversely, support levels can be seen at RM0.055 (51) and RM0.040 (S2).

last time Nik Hamdan only willing to sell at 35sen per share and Samling group willing to pay 10sen per share. Now both parties made a deal at 15-18sen per share.

BJLAND privatisation is going to happen soon. One of my big client told me that offer price is 55sen per share. Now pending for announcement.

If VT want to privatise BJLAND, i think offer price must at least 70% of its NTA which equal to 57sen. Now is good bargain buy.

MUIIND looking good. Likely will hit 20sen soon. Ultra strong uptrend stock in downtrend market.
