我想問一個有關憑單的問題；若一家上市公司在數年前曾發行過憑單，現在計劃以1送1比例派發紅股，那麼憑單是否也會強制性享有1送1比例的憑單紅股。



若以上述情況，有關憑單的執行轉換價又會如何？



答：一般而言，公司的紅股計劃，憑單將保持現狀不會受到影響，只是其執行轉換價將受到影響，即執行轉換價將會因紅股派發比例，而相應受到調整。



以上述情況，公司1送1紅股，憑單則保持現狀，不會跟著派發憑單紅股，除非憑單之前已經轉為母股才可享有母股的紅股。



惟憑單的執行轉換價將會相應調整，舉個例子，若是執行轉換價為1令吉的話，隨著派發1送1紅股後，執行轉換價也從1令吉沖淡調整至50仙。若是其他比例的紅股，則是以比例以此類推地進行調整。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診‧文：李文龍）

The ksl shareholder will be entitled for 1 bonus issue for every 1 share holding.How about the ksl wa? As I know,the ksl wa price will become half after bonus issue same like ksl mother share, thus will the wa amount will be doubled also? For example,let say I have 1000 unit ksl wa before bonus issue at rm3.After bonus issue, will I have 2000 unit ksl wa at rm1.50 and the conversion price is RM0.80 instead of RM1.60? Anyone can answer? Thanks a lot.
