I did mine and i am very confident with my investment in Huaan as i think he will be back to its glory in the coming month and should remain profitable even with the current market uncertainty. High quality coke demand will always be there..so as Huaan.

Not sure about steel price drop, i see Iron ore price going up. Aluminium price surge almost 32% in the last 5 days, so did all metals..only slight drop yesterday, however prices reach all time high..

Do not sell your share if the price stay below 0.50 this week or next week, hold tight, the coming two weeks, Huaan should move higher, unless operator disagree with that, if he do, better buy more..

Higher crude oil price will push coke price higher and higher. Saudi expect crude price to settle at 80 usd.

Look to Huaan by product prices for Tar, Benzen, Ammonia sulfate, coal gas, etc,, prices up so high. These product revenue is about 15%. Especially Tar price explode due to Aluminium price getting higher and higher adding about 510 usd per tons in just 4 days.

Bowman, agree on bullish sign, as futur price of coke is still going up, yesterday up by 4.5% and coking coal futur price remain the same.

I have no idea if Huaan is hedging his raw material and coke production sale, i assume they have a good management system to keep lowering down their cost and getting high price for their product. Afterall they have years of experiences in this business, as explain in their company profile. All and all, the demand for coke will always be there...

Yesterday, coking coal price fall 2.65% to RMB1,283 and coke price fall 2.75% to RMB1,808. So we see both prices fall at same path, which is good. Less revenue but same profit. Naturaly we want to see coke price go up and coking coal go down so that the profit margin expand, this coukd only happen if you hedge your raw material, etc...

Legeng, i only worry for t3 if the volume was too high at that particular day, like last tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Shares goes up and down, profit taking is healthy for the share in the long run. I am afraid that intraday short sellers will limit the rise of the share as fast as we want to see, anyway lets hope for the best to come. Important is to focus on the coking coal and coke price and the margin between it to remain steady.so when coke price fall we also see coking coal fall, so that the profit margin remain intact. What we do not want to have is rising coking coal price and faling coke price.

Note that Huaan buy his coking coal unwashed and pay a discounted price of about 8% as mentioned in his quarter report and company website. Its is also worth to follow Tar and benzen prices these are up due to US sanction on Russian Aluminium.

China 2025 plan is sufficient for Huaan to remain profitable, in the coming 7 years since cooking coal price and coke price move up and down relative to each other so that the profit margin could be maintain.

Huaan PE now is only 5x, recommend buy and keep, in one month from now there will be the audited annual report, Q1'18 results and AGM, all expected to be shown a good results.

My TP above RM0.80 in short term have not change. Huaan buy coking coal with 8% discount (unwashed), and sell 85% of coke and 15% by product such as Tar, benzin, etc.. Tar used for Aluminium, price is moving up very fast. Coke price now is about RMB1,860. Coking coal price is about RMB1,260, hoever Huaan buy his coal cheaper with discount as mentioned. Last QR (Q4'17) production rate of coke was 215000 tons. Q1'18 coke price average was about RMB2,150, higher tgen previous one.

Its like been scared from your own shadow! If they hold, share will move up, actualy they are creating the sentiment for the share to drop, by keep selling the share every time with few cents margin.., on and on..

@ thelengend27, your theory is not so bad, buying at 0.445 and selling at 0.465 everyday, since 3 days now. However, I am afraid that now everybody is queing to sell at these levels and big investors know that too, this time they may buy all these share and keep going up with no return and we end up loosing our share for cheap at 0.465!!. You will never know if the share will fall next time reach 0.465!!, would you?. I better stick to my share regardless, i hold strong or even buy more once opportunity like today happen.

China news is what pushed Huaan to 0.47 today, however intraday short sellers took advantage of it, i agree with js2120 that the shares by now are oversold, rebound on the make for tomorrow onward.

China March GDP exceed expectations, 6.8 % while estimate was 6.3%.

I think Huaan will hit 0.52 this week.

Since last week Wed/Thu, about 320 millions share traded between 0.445 and 0.465. This is about 55% of available share free float.

Best option to hold your share or top up, Huaan should move strongly upward today.

Huaan is not the only one, many stock ended likewise today..hope tomorrow for a better performance.

At least, there are enough buyer to support the price.

Today is t3 of last week Wednesday, and investors does not want to take more risk, so what they bought today morning they are selling it now with small profit awaiting us market sentiment this evening, if US market stayed green, we shall see more faster uptrend movement for Huaan starting from tomorrow onward.

16×PE for Huaan compared to current PE of only 5, means Huaan can reach RM1.5.

Yeh, i thought that too, PE 10 to 12 should be normal for Huaan, i think it can be achieved within two to 4 month if not earlier and as long as global sentiment remain positive.

@js2120, adam, what would be an average PE for Huaan? Can we use 10 for now? Huaan yearly net profit should be in the range of 100 to 120 millions ringgit, right? So if PE 10 is used, Huaan share price should be above 0.90, correct me if i miss anything here.

Huaan PE is below 5, very cheap now. Compare it to other like Dnex PE10, Frontkn PE9, Hibiscus PE15, Ucrest PE13...so if we assume Huaan PE to go up to 9, Huaan share value should be RM0.81.
