It is bonus issue guys. 2:1. It means the share price divided by 3 already as of 9am today as today is the bonus issue ex date. Assuming you bought 1000 shares at RM27. Now it is 3000 shares at RM9. The shares will only show up in your account after 5pm on 4th September 2020. However you can buy or sell shares at the new price today onwards. Topglov is a superb company. It well never drop massively like what some of you guys are thinking . It is called bonus issue. Tomorrow it will be supermax turn but divided by 2. No reason to panic. Covid 19 not over. Gloves are still needed.

1. INTRODUCTION



The Board of Directors of LKL International is pleased to announce that LKLAM, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LKL International, had on 1 September 2020 being awarded a sales contract to supply nitrile gloves to a China-based company (“Customer”) for a contract sum of USD18,960,000.00, which is approximately RM78,494,400.00 (based on Bank Negara Malaysia’s exchange rate of USD1:RM4.140) (“Sales Contract”).



2. FINANCIAL EFFECTS



The Sales Contract is not expected to have a material effect on the net assets and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 April 2021. However, the Sales Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Company for the financial year ending 30 April 2021.

I see it as an opportunity to cause panic to the market. When there is a massive selldown in gloves, people tend to panic sell of gloves and go into pharma. They jack up pharma purposely. Then they quickly buy cheap gloves fast. As they control the volumes. they control the price too :))))
