Let me try Bon. China more concern on exportation as overall. You may be concern on ballon up of foreign loan which resulted in corporation tension. My view is China still working very hard to protect the mid range which inclusive of job opportunity, exportation activity and the most important is parity of income. Rich and poor must not be separated in strong relative index like 16% richest control above 60% of nation wealth. .... It will be time for China to become clean industry and net importer status but not this 5 years. Hence, any devalue must be a practical government measure to drive the overall economy.

But this maybe right or maybe wrong..just for discussion...

Jun Lim, i cant predict. as i mentioned many times, i only trade based on signal, news and technical analysis. i have to feel good only i trade...predict predict can kill one if wrong. u shud learn what's the driving factors if u r serious bout trading HSIF but not rely too much on prediction

dare dare went in when the inverted hammer formed. sold at 28240.

today may close around 28200-28300. almost can confirm this month heaviest resistance should be 28800-900 d. they just dont let bull have the chance to push it pass that level. as for support, 200-300 but quite weak.

dont be too active trading especially holding overnight. i prefer to trade base on signal when the index touches @200, @800-900 (might change when new area of resistance/support emerge)

evirusan, seems like u r very new to HSIF warrant..if u dun mind, my advice to u (and all the newbie), dont trade HSIF warrant if you are not clear. take 1-2 mths to learn at least to start trading.. when i say learn, u may try items below,

1. Past news on HSIF (try to find out what were going on for the past few months that move the index, then u will have better judgement when u trade real)

2. the warrant structure. go to macquarrie website and read

3. then do paper trade everyday until u really know the velocity of trading HSIF warrant.

A50 i am not so sure but i think HSIF will test 28900/29200. after this we shall see if it 28200 can support, if can, may see 30150??else, continue the trip to Antarctica

as for ur target of 29200, i am more conservative, looking at 28800-900..29200 is a bonus.

short covering = buy to cover short position, thus will support the price to go up..

but u said today down of A50 is due to short covering..this confuses me..or u meant to say tomorrow A50 will do short covering?

my humble opinion, Trump will continue to have war with china. he is winning the popularity due to this movement. he wants that. also, china import from US is far lesser than US do. thus, US will hurt china more than china could hurt US. US will win the battle but the world will lose the war.

frenonsf, i cant tell u if this correct timing or not. i am not good enough to earn 100%. those are just for reference. u need ur own plan to trade.

for example, yesterday when it was 287xx, my thought was it will bounce up, but i didnt rush in because cant see the signal.
then it went to 282xx this morning and i see signal then only i enter.

seems like market will have a technical rebound. per my count, the current wave has hit passed my extreme count of 28586. next should see a rebound to probably 29260..let's see, let the price movement tell me where to go.

note: my extreme of 28586 is conservative one, per count, it may go as far as 28000 if it continues to retrace

btw, i did make 70% of the pot of gold. missed 200 points as it had hit my tp target.
