A sudden spike at 1.66 and the rest are flat at 1.65 suggests very few people are selling. Target price mid-Dec 1.90.

If it is not Najib counter you should buy. If it is Najib counter, you should buy even more! Gkent charges a fixed % fee as PDP and all it has to do is a fantastic project management. And that depends on expertise. Expertise can be bought. So what's the big worry? :-)

Hahaha,.... yah anything can happen. But we have to know one thing. Gkent is still NOT a liquid counter. So cannot apply the great stock trading science here. In order science to be applicable, Gkent needs to do another share split or bonus issue at least 1:3 . Today's trade is clearly a managed curve, not free market.

No cost overrun for Ampang LRT. You can check quarterly released numbers. If anything comes out of the delay, it is likely good news for GK.

Something is brewing between this counter and Johan Holdings Berhad. You guys should start buying Johan too although it is a penny stock. Both will shoot up together in November. Activities in Johan is being reshuffled.... cleaning up their balance sheet, likely with announcement in Nov.

Very nice pattern of accumulation. Very nice. Everyone getting ready to trend up. The volume is not as robust as 3 months ago because many investment companies already snapped up the shares and waiting for the run. Stock is becoming less and less available.

Guys,.... of course in the budget. A question of which budget!! If no budget, the Govt won't give out a huge project just a month ago, and keep announcing that the 9b project will proceed as schedule.

Discussion with residents along the 9b project going smooth. No hindrance. Will clear soon before CNY. We need this LRT line badly. Coz traffic jam is terrible & toll is high. Now they are also planning buses to ply the routes to support this 9b project, to create convenience for people. This is going to be like Singapore, man!

As predicted, Gkent is showing strength now. Next high is an unbelievable run to 1.85 ........ don't believe? Wait and see. Something is brewing in water industry. And also performance on meters segment is showing vivid growth.

Good counter. Firstly, Gkent water meters mostly exported, weak ringgit so they likely get more business soon, most likely open new markets too. Secondly, current kelana LRT is progressing well,... delay not their fault. Thirdly, recent 9B project win will change their entire P/E ratio, cash flow, will be super positive. Wait for the run!

Wondermama,.... you should buy now. Many reasons to do so. One big reason is Gkent has not gone for bullrun after winning RM9b.

Look at KLSE and pick up all those private cos that get big Govt contracts. They will be the ones doing well with cashflow next year which will be a tight year. Gkent is one beautiful stock.

George Kent is a very attractive counter. Should significantly move upwards by Nov. Under value for now.
