How they value S5 up to 1 billion..Lets say they got 450 million shares, last year earning was 63 million... at pe 15x, its approximately....er....950 million ringgit dy.. divide by 450 million shares now..... roughly 2 ringgit per share

Connect now got 458 million shares, 102 million transfered represents about 22% shares, as per announceme nt.. as per JB said.. ace will transfer to S5, then RTO will happen. I think theres a limit for listing for shares. I guess they acquire off market somewhere else already through warrants or icps owner.

they can buy the warrants and the ICPS off the share market what. No need to wait. so in that case what is the minimum required to RTO? thats all they need. The intention is to list S5 guys, remember. So they no need minimum share holding. they need to accumulate more shares than what Ace bought, so together they have already enough, like 200 millon from current to RTO already. warrants all buy off the market

If they keep converting, then need to check on the intention. i guess, not good for share holders. They can acquire the share offmarket and convert later also. so if they convert 400 million, until RTO, wait 1 year la. Normally RTO one month only process.

Convertible preferred shares can be converted into common stock at a fixed conversion ratio.

After a preferred shareholder converts their shares, they give up their rights as a preferred shareholder (no fixed dividend or higher claim on assets) and become a common shareholder (ability to vote and participate in share price declines and rises).

today connect counter tooo quiet.. very very quiet...

however even if people mention today, the talks are ongoing which is a fact. now the question is when we look into the dealings of CC are they playing a game or are they serious? only way to know if they announce RTO as soon as possible, and not playing with ICPS convertion.

If the RTO happens first, CC will benefit twice ! they got two shorts at increasing share price. Which is 100 % chance winning on RTO announcement and 50% chance loosing/winnning for the contract. Two chance at limit at 30 Cents each time plus the market drive after each event.

however if they announce RTO same say as contract announcement, they get/dont get the contract, they have 100% winning or losing. and only one chance are 30 cents limit up.

My thought is, they will announce RTO before contract announce, just that how far they wanna play with ICPS conversion? they announce a record 40 million last friday, and maybe 60 million shares for that week alone.

How does everyone comes to the point where today is the D day. Is it for the project announcement or for RTO announcement? If it doesnt happen share price will drop?

so in that case,

will they announce RTO first, before project announce , or project announce first before RTO?.
in that case there is two scenarios here. Do they really need the project announce for the RTO, thats my first question. They can also benefit from RTO even before project announce.

second question is the "probably 0.20 cents" , why are they aiming for a lower price 0.20 cents before RTO? or why will price drop to around that at the first place? is it because they trying to raise money, from selling shares released by the conversion of ICPS? what is the money used for?
What if the RTO never happens? they would have gained money on the excercise itself.
What if the RTO happens? if they did not sell the shares, they would gain significant value on the shares held from the ICPS conversion.

So another question is , why did they convert the ICPS? is it to increase share base, or to sell while there is buyer? Are they serious on the RTO or is this a ploy to increase base buyers for the shares to be sold.

I am not saying not that anyone is true or not, i am just basing my decisions on facts and answers

theory: by reading comments back again, suddenly i sense something, if the RTO is happening, why is there talks that the price will fall to 0.20 cents?, that is the biggest question i have.

Are they are selling the stocks from the conversion. Have anybody question or scrutinize the fact? they would made money from the sales of stocks slowly but surely by selling to the public. They have generated a group of buyers and income by the RTO news. If the intention is to make quick bucks, they would have made at least 0.28cents X 60 million icps conversion, about 15 million ringgit or more just from the sales of stocks. Since they are selling stocks from the conversion, is the 0.20 cent value derives from the RTO price? They will stop when it reaches 0.20 cents? if RTO happens, they sell shares again at hgiher price they will make money again. If it never reaches 0.20 cent will the RTO takes place?

FYI, i already purchased maybe 200 lots. So now i am thinking again, weather RTO will take place.
I realised in stocks is, everything hinges on the fact that the price will rise if there is enough buyers. backed by fundamentals. If S5 have the fundamentals, and is a good company, than there will be enough buyers supporting the share prices. assuming they are able to take over CC through RTO.

no need extend la.. lets lelong lelong, those people who buy 10 units, one time, then company refinance refinance buy property. let them go bust with bad management and lelong to people. No one in their right mind will buy a property now, if their job on the line. so better help secondary market instead of property developer. lelong secondary market, release their liability to stronger buyer, and save the banks, and forget about primary market now. why save property developers when you should be saving the banks

just a little joke to lighten up the mood, anyway for stock <1.00 , max gain a day is 30 cents,
so you can guess, 1st day 30 cents gain, now price is 55 cents, they announce NIISE Consortium win same day, next day is 85 cents, .. so you wanna sell when. lol... maybe all of this is timed la.

hahah.. China also not enough Ethanol now. they just took a special shipment of ethanol into china from the states through middle east in may, maybe 9000 tonnes. Price crash outside dont affect Malaysia much, because got export ban for critical chemicals and medicine used to fight covid. Even after they stop using ethanol as fuel, still they importing. Food grade ethanol is used as sanitisor to fight covid, and not the one synthesized from gas.

Just think about it, who use gloves all the time? Outside on the street you would see more sanitizer in everyone bag rather than rubber gloves. Hexza will grow until end of the year.. demand will shoot up on 2020, 3rd and 4th quarter.

some sanitizers have been found to have methanol, which is dangerous. So i guess even to import difficult, since need to test and get approval.

The bottom comes when the release all icps? How long will they take to release? I think they better make announcement of rto success while releasing icps..or i guess while releasing icps, s5buying up all the stocks

Damn takut if they release 400 million icps.. but it shows... they need to 1)gain more share for rto and 2) icps is a liability for the company acquiring. So need to reduce. If they do this to all icps. Better buy more. Shows they are serious on the rto

Update: 28th June 2020-Hexza

1. Hexza's Jan-Mar 2020 results are out and it speaks for itself! Quarterly profit jumps to 7.5 mil (from 1.5 mil previously).

2. Further upside expected in the next few quarters as demand for sanitizers leaps - malls, schools, public transports etc opening up which will require more sanitizers as the new normal
3. Hexza continues to be well positioned to monetize the new normal as the largest ethanol producer in Malaysia and production of more premium / higher grade enthanol (suitable for even F&B)
