Have a quick look at the timeline, JB knew about this in december, just after they announced the retendering of skin to NIISE. Hence the reason for the reverse takeover must be to fullfill some sort of requirements set during that time.

On top of that, If you read all the articles and online properly, theres always some mention of experience and existing database. Which means S5 have records of all of these due to their past business. These records are what most bidders do not have. Hence i think the 90 million for 10% is not just payment for access to the data from myeg, but also S5 will use this for the reverse takeover.

The rest of the companies would not be able to "meet the requirement" without S5.

S5 would not be able to "meet the requirement" without listing , due to "KYC" requirement.

Hence S5 must comeplete the RTO and list to meet the final requirements. The RTO must be successfull for them to be able to clinch the contract. Hence connect county comes as the saviour. Again how they will revalue to 20 cents i have no clue. But i guess its by issueing new shares, or share split.

I cannot put screen shot here. assumption is not only S5 pushed their services to all the serive providers, but they can tender in low themselves. Because there must be some requirement which requires specifics fron S5. Talking about experience and database. This i believe is S5 trump card. So if thats the case, makes more sense for S5 to list. Hence they would be able to legitimate-kan their business if they list.
