Secondly, majority believe in vaccine is one thing, but the effectiveness of it for new variants is different story. If the vaccine can't stop new variants, gloves and mask is still needed. As long as there is mutations, there is uncertainty.

Here is one more theory about why no full lockdown yet. Because gomen giving time to EPF and funds to shift money to healthcare stocks or convert to cash. This is why u can see EPF collecting glove stocks again.

This is start of a new era of business for malaysia. Where glove company will be like O&G stocks, invest in other sectors. Only difference is, glove in malaysia have more leverage over O&G because OG got many international compatitors with more advantage in the game.

Glove manufacturing is not easy, if it was, many other countries would already win us. But for multiple reasons, malaysia has the perfect business climate for glove manufacturing. This is why we will ALWAYS, have the upper hand. Not worried about China or anything, if it's anything, china should be afraid of us

What people fail to see in glove stocks is that, the amount of money they are generating. It's insane. The money will help fuel any other business they want to get into with low barriers because of the money they have. I think these glove manufacturers will have enough money to start into more manufacturering business, to rival china. Now many western countries don't really like how china is getting so big, they rather support malaysia.

As for the future of gloves, do I think we will see top glove market cap pass Maybank, to the the largest cap? I would say definitely.
I think if top glove manage well, it's going to be a new big boy in town with many subsidiaries in high profit margin busineses.

Is glove near bubble territory yet? Definitely not, I don't think glov supply has even increased double since before pendemic. I think we will see the bubble only when the glove supply output is inflated to 10x or more.

Also many factors to determine like market demand. If pendemic get like very bad with the new variants and daily life need to have gloves, 10x in supply can be absorbed by the market no problem.

In the near term, if klse melt down, money will flow to glove to pump up, rubber ex near term can 2-3x already. Mid to long term is 6-10x

Trust the journey, it will take maybe 1-2years. Just park money and go to sleep

Pendemic continue, kossan, supermax can do 2-3x, smaller cap like rubberex, can do 6-10x

Rubberex has lots of growth potential. Tp 4-6 is not unreasonable. Considering that the market cap is only 1B. Kossan is like 11b, supermax 13b
