Since the gloves price gone up >10%, D > S, Q is so long, the worth of Latexx won’t be Rm300m, By option to re-list, the return could be 3 folds or more. Especially the glove counter, share price is skyrocketing.

If Semperit opt to list n RTO via MQ, beside they can cash out a substantial amount ( could be more than Rm 300m).

Supposing IPO 1b shares at Rm1.5, if they keep 60%, offer to sell 40%, they pocketed (Rm 450m), and they holding 60% as subsidiary , every year profit will continue contribute to parent company. Is it far more better selling to TG for Rm 300m?
