current suppressed price is due to shorts, and the shorts are being absorbed by strong holders i.e. EPF KWSP - in fact we are going up now
when shorts have to cover, we'll go up fast, hang on tight

utilisation of proceed from the rights issue is to repay debt, so instead of paying interest to bank, it will be paid to Tan Sri - no difference to us

the rights issue of convertible loan is a steal for Tan Sri - high interest payment from a company that he controls
