Don't always look at financial because those are old data. With Alibaba, tariff hike, land monetization coming...the current scenario is different and reflected in the current price movement. So always use technical charts for reference or you will miss this rally.

Macquarie Equities Research (MQ Research) wrote a report on the recent meetings between Pos Malaysia and AirAsia’s CEO regarding their willingness to cooperate on the logistics for the digital free trade zone. From the meetings, MQ Research expressed their positive view on the collaboration, seeing potential long-term earnings and shareholder value for both companies.

MQ Research has “Outperform” rating for Pos Malaysia, AirAsia and AirAsia X, with their top-of-the-Street target prices of RM7.40, RM4.00 and RM0.490 respectively.

So its rounds and rounds and tons of tons of stocks rolling out to churn out CASH for their business use. I just lost my faith seeing how so many people gets slaughtered in this counter. Sorry Kgroup. I don't have anything nice to say. Sorry. Because So many people are trapped here....even professionals...still trap. So this is a highly manipulated stock. Drop from 10.5 sen to 4.5 sen. Why no UMA?

Bandar Malaysia is Worth a lot of Money because of DFTZ. So IWCity is really slow to know if they don't proceed quickly with the payment, other players who will pay a higher price will get the job. So it will be good if POS malaysia and DRB work together to establish some sort of synergy.

The other physical component of the DFTZ is the Satellite Services Hub, to be located in Bandar Malaysia.

DFTZ’s implementation of physical and virtual zones will be done in phases. The first eFulfillment Hub will be centred at KLIA Aeropolis. KLIA Aeropolis development is centered on the key clusters of air cargo and logistics, aerospace and aviation.

The initial phase will be rolled out before the end of 2017 by Alibaba, Cainiao, Lazada and POS Malaysia, leading to the formal launch of Alibaba's facility at the end of 2019.

Unless this is a lousy company, if not it should rebound...even that Dato Eddie chai will not allow his own pocket to burn. He got a large interest in Anzo. 1 sen drop to him is 10000 times our losses.

Why? Because it is the fibonacci 50% retracement. From a high of 63 sen to a low of 30 sen. Technically it should rebound.

You didn't see the chart? Everytime hit 30 sen rebounded. So we can monitor. If drop below 30 sen is a sell call.

They have 3 months to finalize the details. So it should be another rally when we near that time. They always buy on rumors sell on news. So expect some rally before the 3 months announcement start.

Anzo announced that it will partner up with the Malaysian unit of China’s Metallurgical Group Corp (MCC) as joint design and technological contractors for the Paragon@KL Northgate mixed development in Kuala Lumpur which carries a GDV of RM3.6bil.
The project comprises a mixed use development with high-rise towers sitting on 18 acres in Jalan Kuching. The project carries a gross floor area of 3.9 million sq ft.
KL Northgate Sdn Bhd (KNSB), the developer of Paragon@KL Northgate, had earlier issued a letter of intent (LOI) inviting Anzo’s wholly owned subsidiary Harvest Court Construction Sdn Bhd to jointly undertake the construction of the project.
Anzo’s managing director and substantial shareholder Datuk Eddie Chai Woon Chet is also an executive director as well as a substantial shareholder in KNSB.

The drop in stock price is just a over-done...because it is just sell on news buy on rumors concept. Now that the dust has settled, Anzo should rebound a bit and stabilize.

So you ikut ajah...put a stop loss at 29 sen which is the maximum losses you can afford to take. If drop near 29 sen just cut loss and buy other stocks. Don't think too complicated.

Just buy lah 30 sen. Don't care. That is the support. Rebounded back many times is at 30 sen. If drop 29 sen cut loss. Otherwise leave it there and let it uptrend.
