（新加坡1日讯）房地产投资专家指出，即将在5月1日生效的100万令吉外国人购屋门槛，料将迫使有意赚快钱的新加坡投资者三思，以及认真考虑是否将资金“停泊”在马来西亚久一些。

新加坡房地产网站“Property Guru”日前在新加坡举办一项马来西亚房地产投资论坛，主讲者包括Sky Bridge International代表艾德里安、REI集团总执行长丹尼尔、瑞士信贷集团代表依冯娜及主持人PropertyGuru驻马经理杰拉德。

Property Guru总执行长兼创办人史提夫说：“论坛所谈论的课题，包括外国人购屋门槛，投资回酬及马来西亚依斯干达特区的投资契机。”

出席论坛的专家认为，100万令吉购屋门槛除了将阻止大批新加坡投资者涌入柔佛外，也将导致产业价值必须经过较长的时间才能翻倍。

依区仍是关注热点

另外，一些专家认为，依斯干达特区料将继续成为投资者所关注的热点。

“在长期租金回酬及长期投资回酬看好的情况下，新加坡投资者不排除钟情于投资住宅单位。

“房地产交易自去年开始就非常活络，一些房地产专家更预测在依斯干达特区所推介的新房地产计划中，新加坡买家将占三分之一。”

一些专家强调，在东南亚国家中，大马是唯一允许外国买家购买永久房产的国家，堪称具吸引力。

SORRY i might be wrong ..simply wrong guest i forgot inari now market cap over 1BILLION RM ..so nomally entering next high level of PER because this future is bright growth high freQuencies need good quality RF filtering chips PER 16-20.means 2015 forecast EPS 0.23 PER 18=4.14.
Because delay MB transfer issue sensitively make them protect value of inari ,price range within 2.60-2.90 till next good news out than enter another high level frequencies price

KUALA LUMPUR: SBC Corp Bhd is buying a 0.2ha freehold land in Bukit Bandaraya, here, via its 50 per cent-owned Goldhill Achiever Sdn Bhd. It’s buying the land from Patrick Chin Yoke Chung for RM13.5 million cash.

SBC plans to develop a residential project there. The acquisition will be settled via internal funds and bank borrowing.

The exact mix of internal funds and bank borrowing will be decided by its management at a later date, SBC said.

0.188.so if rm2.82 per 15 in this CAGR still 20%-30% smartph 2014 n 8%CAGR optoelectronic market still reasonable not yet PER above 20 like AVAGO .so i bet 2.70-3.00 range should be reasonable in this high competitive enviroment.

马尼拉厂房主要生产光纤，而克拉克厂房主要生产更先进和最新光纤产品及感应器。

益纳利美昌去年6月收购Amerton Global公司，平均净赚幅大约4%。

我们估计Amerton Global公司的2014财年营收，将增加至3亿3800万令吉，按年增加50%。

益纳利美昌积极扩展和提升效率，我们估计该公司2014财年净赚幅将提升，介于6至7%。

至于Amerton Global公司的中国厂房，2014财年营收贡献料达1亿令吉，按年增加20%。

中国厂房获得智慧型手机业者的认证，明年2月生产红外线产品。尽管短期内贡献不多，但象征当地营运改善。
