They may not subscribe full or may taken 100% subscribe subject to no term and conditions been breach. Any new PP shares will add into current shares base 3.2bil. So if 100% PP been fully taken, total share based will be 3.5bil. This is the last PP been planned since end of 2015. I had verified this with vivocom.

Orga, so far is very unpredictable. It very depend when they think is right time to reversal uptrend. Company is still at growing stages. But at least not PN17 nor no orderbook company. I can only hope more project announcements coming soon with improve earning every quarter.

Vivocom already qualify for main board criteria. Achieving revenue target Rm60mil for past 3 years and orderbook exceed Rm1bil. Now left 500mil market capitalization criteria.

Revenue is improve tremendously, maintain performance with such increase revenue, consider very good result. Some more this is dividen stock. Year to year revenue has been better than 2015

The time of buy, not even at the lowest price near 1.620, bought time at 3pm. Not even at 2.30 pm after the news out before lunch or early morning. Take credit on people efforts.
